When we moved in to this house four years ago, we had the worst lawn in the neighborhood. We used a different service for three years, and the lawn was looking great. Our neighbor with the meticulous yard even complimented us on it. This year, we decided to go with Custom Lawn Care because they had a special price we couldn't pass up. Sadly, we spent most of the summer with a flowering lawn. We had clover, thistles, and dandelions in bloom, and then ended up with brown stripes from one of the treatments put on the lawn. By the end of the summer, we were back to where we started four years ago.

I signed up for three treatments as this is my first time using a lawn care company for fertilizer. I live in a rural type area and do not have a pristine lawn. Have been very satisfied with this company. Technicians are professional and courteous Will continue to use them as I do try to support locally owned companies.

Work was complete and done on schedule.

They are the best. All they do is the chemicals.

We have used the Custom Turf Fertilization Program for several years now with very good results. The Technicians do a thorough job of covering the entire lawn with a minimum amount of waste on pavement. Weed control has been very good. A detailed application report is left with us after each application and, starting this year, the same report was sent to our email address. The Technician frequently left hand written notes pointing out problem areas that received special treatment or required further attention. We use the annual pre-pay option which makes the total cost per application a very good value. Annual pre-pay = $260 approx. For the first time starting this year, we contracted Custom for mosquito control. We took advantage of the prepay option that included 5 mosquito services plus 5 complimentary services for perimeter pest control. Both the mosquito control and the perimeter pest control were highly effective. The mosquito control was a huge improvement over the service that we had used in prior years. The Custom Technicians thoroughly covered the entire property and I believe this attention to detail made a big difference in the effectiveness of the mosquito control. The pre-pay option with the bonus perimeter pest control made this an outstanding value. Annual pre-pay = $260.00 approx.

I've used them for many years. Never had a complaint. I'm usually not home when the service is performed, and a thorough report is left (This has improved over the year)..

At the time they told us we would not have weeds (dandelions) in the spring. We have had this done in the past by another company and we did not have the dandelions in the spring.. Called to tell them it did not work this spring and they basically told us to buzz off... too bad.. so sad. Drew told us in the fall that if we had problems in the spring (due to lousy weather conditions last fall) that they would come back this spring and apply again. We were initially pleased with the work. Well I guess Drew is not there any longer. They said because we don't have an annual contract that we will have weeds... That is ridiculous.. it is just now spring.. they treated our yard last fall (Oct/Nov) After reading all the glowing reviews on the site; I see there a few that were not happy like us.. I am surprised. We usually don't have these problems. We won't be using them again nor will we recommend them.

They have been doing my lawn since Spring. My lawn has not looked better. Very professional and always willing to offer tips on what the best course of action is for your lawn. Highly recommend.

I inquired about a quote for lawn fertilization and Dwayne called back immediately to tell me that residential service is not yet available in the city where I live. He was extremely polite, professional and prompt in returning my call!!! If service ever becomes available where I live, I would consider using the company just based on my interaction with Dwayne.

I've been their customer for many years and I've received excellent service! Their price depends on the services their customers need, but I usually pay $150 a year. I like the fact that they always do their work in a timely manner and notify me after they've done the procedure. They also give me the option of prepaying and getting a discount in the future. Their prices are comparable to what everybody else is offering.

We were extremely pleased with the work they did. The house had been sold and they managed to fertilize its lawn over those years. They contracted for a lawn for a parade of homes and they were under the gun but they managed to do our lawn. The sprinkler system was just excellent and we've had no problems at all. The owner who put in the lawn for us during that time was very helpful in making sure that the water supply piping was adequate. We needed at least a one-inch water supply for the sprinkler system and he reviewed that with the builder. We were also able to install a separate water meter for the irrigation so we didn't pay for the sewer fee for the water we use. It became less expensive for us to use water for the irrigation. One of the bushes they planted didn't do very well and they replaced it. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

It was an outstanding experience! They charge $38 per application. They offer aeration as an option and they also provide one free application for payments made in advance. They contact clients at the beginning of the year and give six to eight weeks of grace period. If clients pay in advance, they can grant the discount. I would say their price is competitive. I'm really pleased that they call the day before just to verify that it's okay for them to come out. They even adjust their schedule to ours if we feel that it's not a good time for them to do the work.

They come out regularly and always give us a call. They do a good job and we're pretty happy with their services.

I pay $300 on an annual basis. They can come out six times if I wanted to, but I usually use three treatments only.

They are very quick and efficient. We have no complaints. Our lawn looks wonderful. Last application included dandelion and crab grass treatment so it was more expensive than the regular fertilizer treatment.

It went fine. It's very competitive. The quality of their work is very good. We were very happy; we had them for almost three years. They're professional at looking on their work.

I've been with them for ten years and I wouldn't renew with them if they didn't do a good job every year. I would say all fertilizers company have the same products and I would go to the cheapest one and that's Customer Lawn Care.

It has been fine. Their service was good. The one thing that I objected to I guess, and maybe it's just a policy of some companies, was that from year to year they automatically do anything that they did for you the previous year, without contacting you. They just assume that you're going to know to call them and tell them that you don't need that service this year. Because I'm retired and my income is really limited that was kind of tick in the pants. If you pay upfront for the entire season, they give you a discount of some sort. I'm thinking, the cost is $41 for each application. Then they have other things that they do once a year that are more like $80 or $90. Everything they do, I'm very satisfied with. But I didn't like the idea that they would be doing expensive applications without making sure you wanted them.
