Description of Work: They periodically spread lawn care products. They are very affordable, regular and courteous but our lawn is almost always the worst in the neighborhood. One problem with our grass has been ongoing for the past few years with no remedy yet. Willing to give them one more season. If no improvement in results, time to give one of the more expensive services a try. Sad about that.

Description of Work: I have used Custom Lawn Care for 6 years now and am well satisfied at the value for the price. Last year we used the mosquito treatment twice with very good results. I like the family-owned aspect too.

Description of Work: First let me say this is Custom Lawn Care of Saginaw - same company -different locale. On the 8th they sprayed for pests around the outside of my house at ground level. The service person also sprayed under my porch for any unwanted critters. The next spraying for pests will include spraying around the eaves where wasps build their nests. The previous visit which was in late April was a feed and weed for crabgrass. I have used this company for a number of years and have always been very satisfied. They have little turn over of employees so I often get the same person thru out the season. They always come to the door prior to any treatment to explain why they are here and what is to be done.

Description of Work: I have been using Custom Lawn Care for approximately 4 years. I have happy with the results--thick lawn with no weeds. Once, during the four- year period, they applied the fertilizer too heavy and a few spots burned. I took care of reseeding it myself rather than calling them. I just figured I could do a better job (put the seed down heavier than normal). I have recommended them to several other people.

Description of Work: Custom Lawn Care has been our lawn fertilizer company for several years now. The lawn is in great shape even after the tough winter season we just had. We take advantage of the pre-pay discount they offer. The lawn techs are friendly and professional. They leave documentation for what was used at each application. The techs also give suggestions on watering and thatching. As regular customers, Custom Lawn Care will send us discount coupons for their other services such as aeration,grub and insect control.

Description of Work: Custom has been treating my lawn for a few years. They eliminated my grub problem and lawn looks good. They are easy to work with and you can customize treatments to what you really want, not just simply accept a schedule providers offer. This saves you money and reduces chemical usage. Pre-pay in the spring also saves. Very satisfied with this company however, sometimes they get a bit hurried and do not always treat to the edges/property line.

Description of Work: My lawn looks ok. I don't get a lot of instruction for what to do. (Do I wait to water, does the treatment require water, etc) There was a problem with billing at first. Mine and my boyfriend's dad's bills were combined somehow. This was resolved quickly, however. (We live no where near each other or share any other bills or data)

Quality of work has been very good and they always call before coming out to service lawn and willing to reschedule at later date if I request it. I pay by the year do to a fair discount. Only once had I them re-do the lawn and no question ask they came out the day took care of the lawn.
