Description of Work: I had used Custom Lawn for years, but switched last year because of issues with the office/billing. I called several times, and though the girls were very nice and polite, there was no follow through. I had a $23.+ credit I was never able to use and they couldn't explain their billing methods to my satisfaction. I contracted with them again this year, paying upfront. Because of tree removal late this winter, the yard was ALL torn up. They would not refund any part of my money, so I set it up that I would call them in June, hoping to have landscaping fix my problem by then. They said that would be fine---then a tech shows up last week ready to "treat" my lawn. So, issues with the office continue. Prior experience with the techs was positive. If I had a problem with the weeds, they were prompt to re-treat.

Description of Work: I have used Custom Lawn Care for over ten years. Generally speaking they are pretty easy to get along with. There have been times when I have been in the middle of a project and putting on fertilizer or weedkiller was not something I wanted done right then. They have always been good about rescheduling it a few days later. On the flip side if I actually knew when to expect them within a day or two I could coordinate my own project timing better (something, perhaps, for them to consider). There have been a couple times that I was not satisfied with the service I received. They did not give me any hassle but came back out and re-did it to my satisfaction. I have one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood, and overall am pleased with their service.
