Basically it went well...they call ahead because we have a dog. Sometimes they have to be reminded of which trees they are supposed to be treating. They send annual reminders but do not bug you with calls all year long, begging you to use their services. They take no for an answer w/o arguing. Their rates are resonable. We much prefer them over the last lawn/tree service we used.

They do a wonderful job. Beautiful lawn year after year.

These guys are unbelievably pushy on the phone and called me during the winter months about services which I would have considered if someone called me before they came out. They just came by, I couldn't find anywhere where they had put any fertilizer on my lawn, no granules anywhere. And then there is this bill hanging on my door. They should have first called me and asked if I still wanted them to come out. I like mosquito care primarily and not fertizler. All they do is JAM the customer, BAD BUSINESS!! Go somewhere else, you will be greatly disappointed with these yahoos!!

My yard is now in very poor condition and in need of attention. Even my wife and neighbors are asking me what happen to my grass. I called Custom Lawn Care and was placed on hold for over 7 minutes. When the phone was annasered, I was greeted by a lady with an "attitude" who told me she was the only one in the office. I asked when I was scheduled for my next treatment and she said she had no idea and all she could do was contact the supervisor for my area. At that point, I told her to cancel my service and she said that she could not do that and that only the owner could approve my request to cancel. I asked to speak to him and I was told that he didn't take phone calls. I then asked that he call me to confirm that my prepayment would be refunded. The following day, I called again and spoke with Brittany who confirmed that only the owner could approve a refund and that he does not take phone calls (so much for customer concern). She did however connect me with his voice mail where I left a request for a return call confirming when I would receive a refund. As no call was received, I called again the next day (May 31st) and spoke with Brittany again and she said that she had just received a "number" of refund approvals. She looked up my account and told me that I was one of those approved and that I could expect to receive a refund (we will see).

My experience with them is very good. They do what I ask them to do and use the products that I prefer. They are not at all overly aggressive in their marketing and they are easy to deal with. I think their prices are reasonable. I will continue to use them.

ok....sometimes there was miscommunication, but they were always willing to work with me..........If I was unhappy with something, they were willing to come back out.

My father died in 2001 and my mother died in 2004. I continued lawn maintenance with this company on the home for another year or so. I subsequently rented the home for a couple of years to someone who handled the maintenance herself, and then sold it. Every year the company would call several times to schedule service, and I would tell them I no longer wished to carry on the service. Even after I told them my parents were deceased and the home had been sold, they have continued to call to try to schedule lawn service at my parents' home, asking for my parents by name. This has occurred two to three times a year for the last SEVEN years! Each time I have explained the situation, and increasingly more emphatically asked them to never call me again. I have never received any apology for the misunderstanding, even when I called the main office and explained the situation to the owner. As a matter of fact, I was treated with sarcasm. Today I received the second call for this year, asking for my long-departed parents by name. I once again explained to the salesperson that I was quite tired of receiving these calls. Once again, no expression of regret for my repeated inconvenience, no apology, no explanation of any sort for their total disregard of my repeated attempts to get them to stop calling me. I mentioned that I now am an Angies List member and perhaps I would share my experience with the company. The salesman said I would have to live with my conscience if I smeared them in public!!!!!

They have good prices and you contract them a year ahead so you can get a cheaper rate. They offer other services if you want them but they are polite if you don’t want them. They are always prompt. They are certainly a good company to go with and they have very competitive prices.

They are a good company. They are willing to work with you regarding packages and what you like. The men that do the fertilizing ask if you have questions or concerns.

Custom Lawn Care's pricing is pretty good, comparable to other providers.

They call and come, and are very good. They are very responsible. I had not compared them to any other people with regards to price.

Their pricing is competitive. If you’re not happy they will come back and fix the problem. I would recommend them to others.

We've been with them for about 9 months now. They are very reasonable. They always talk with us after they do something. They let us know what they are doing. If one has to call in between appointments like service call, they send somebody right out. They've never burned anything. They are just prompt. We really like them and we are going to keep them. I would do a double A for their price. They are very professional.

They did what they said they would do. Our lawn was in really bad shape last spring, and they came out and gave it a treatment. I still had a lot of dandelions. They said if they don't go away in 10 days to two weeks, then to call them again. I did and they came out and gave another treatment, which helped. My overall experience was good.

They have been very good. I have been able to work with them because I just retired and they kept my price the same which I really appreciated. They are workable and consistent. They have improved my lawn since I started with them. I am usually not here when they do the treatment and they come according to their schedule.

They do offer lawn care, but I don't use that. I only pay them once a year. I don't know what they normally charge for their other services. I really like their service. They don't make appointments when they come out. I am very happy with them. They're not pushy. Their price is fantastic. I have had other companies trying to sell me the same services, but the Custom Lawn Care prices are unbeatable. They just do their job and they don't disrupt anything. I have an option of paying them once a year, which I like. I get a discount when I do that. I really like the company.
