Description of Work: We contacted and utilized this group towards the end of 2014. They had an employee named kaleb working for them. He and Karl, who appears to know very little about the actual home repair work, came to our home and provided an estimate for. Drywall repair and to install an attic ladder. Kaleb did complete these tasks, in an odd combination of days and times but did do a good job with the dry wall. He just didn't seem to be able to show up when scheduled. In October, we pre paid him for gutter cleaning that never happened. I called. No left several messages on a phone line that was supposed to be joint/business and never heard back. Weirdly, several months later, in January, I received a call from another man that said kaleb was "gone" and then apologized and said someone would clean the gutters the next day. Nobody ever showed up and I finally gave it up as money lost.

 + 0 moreHe made an appointment to see the work needed, but arrived late. He gave an estimate which was accepted and a date scheduled. The day after the agreed upon work day he left a voice mail message about his back going out and to expect him the following week, but has not been seen or heard since then.
Description of Work: Called to ask for a small job involving patching some drywall.
