 + -1 morePoorly. I have worked with Continental for 15 years. Recently I had a problem with my alarm system and despite emails, phone calls, letters and messages that I left on the office phone, they have been unresponsive. I have decided to find someone else to monitor my system because Continental wasn't doing it.

 + -1 moreLook into them , I really like them. There is always someone there when I need to talk to them. They are not a big corporate kind of office. They are excellent. When they came out and wired my place they explained everything really well and they were professional. They are very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: I have been using them for my alarm service for my house for 3 years. $350 annual premium or $90 every 3 months.
