We ordered a 1-bedroom WI Home from Schwalback Homes in August '13 and it was delivered and set up in Oct. '13. We are happy with the delivery time and the home it self, but the guy incharge / our go-to guy / owner was very haphazzard with the paper work and his math - doesn't do anything on the computer. It got very confussing with multi-ple payments and what's left to pay and all the paper work - the total changed many times with stuff her forgot/ his math / etc. Had to be really on top of it all!

The gleasons were very nice people,and were nice to work for. but,so many changes.......and it did get very confusing, they took care of conc.work plbg.,heating,and elec themselves..and they all did a nice job! but, it was very hard tokeep track,with so many changes etc. Ken .. p.s. we compromised on the differences and were both Happy with the end results.
