 + -1 moreThe quality of the work is adequate. There were scuffs left over on the finish and the caulking was not particularly attractive. They were easy to reach on the phone, but didn't go out of their way to inform me of changes to their schedule (I had to call).

 + -1 moreIf they can't even get an estimate handled, I don't know that I'd want them doing a job for me!
Description of Work: Attempted to get an estimate three times. 1st try, no show; 2nd try 30-45 minutes late; 3rd try even after a confirmation call, the rep was 30 minutes late with an excuse why he couldn't be on time.
