Description of Work: Tuned up my gas log insert, re-arranged my ceramic logs. |However, there was hardly any flame visible after they left.I just re-arranged the ceramic logs myself for a warmer look and more visible flames. |Guess I did not need to pay them $100 for that.

Description of Work: Seem to have done a great job on my chimney. The tech was conscientious and courteous. Only complaint is that communication was confusing; a tech showed up on a date I didn't request and the office didn't seem aware when they called to reschedule.

Description of Work: It took multiple calls to have them even respond to our initial contact and payment. Then when someone finally came out and discovered we only wanted a limited repair for the advertised price we were told that price was a mistake and to complete the work we needed done that it would cost more than double than the advertised offer. Since we needed the work done we were prepared to pay more but then the scheduling person never called. We eventually canceled the work. Fortunately we were able to have our initial payment refunded from Angie's List.
