Description of Work: Purchased two vouchers to tune-up natural gas fireplaces. First technician who came out in mid-October was not familiar with our type of fireplace insert and cast iron stove, so we had to wait for a couple of weeks for a more experienced technician. Wasn't thrilled with having to wait, but when Dean came out he did a great job and took the time to explain everything to me. Dean is very knowledgeable and was very detailed and helpful. Would like to see some form of "package" pricing for multiple fireplace units in the future. Definitely plan on using Detroit City Sweeps again.
