Description of Work: I purchased chimney cleaning and $100 credit towards mortar work per $100 special promotion. I had to call several times to get get appt. - young man did great job on gas fireplace cleanout. Then re mortar work, I got quote, honoring $100 credit, but could not get someone out to do work - I had to call them to see why they weren't showing up and they claimed wet weather due to snow fall few days prior - lame excuse. they didn't want to do a small job using credit!

It's actually a 100$ credit Toward any masonry repair- we did you a favor and did the small repair just because. You paid 100$ for a chimney cleaning voucher and a 100$(masonry Credit), we don't do free work- but in your case we did- the review you left is completely uncalled for. Our cleanings themselves are 175$- ms Zaydel I think u made out well-in fact now I regret taking care of that small repair especially if you were just gonna turn around and leave this as a review.-

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's Deal Coupon for dryer vent service. They were excellent. They called 15 minutes before arriving to let me know they were almost there. They arrived in the designated time frame. Both gentlemen were polite, friendly, respectful, and professional. Service was completed. They explained to me what they did and why they did it. I will use them again and will recommend them to anyone. Great job. Very pleased customer

Description of Work: The technician cleaned and inspected my gas fireplace. During the cleaning he noticed there was rust, indicating a past leak. He took pictures and sent them back to his office. He tested the fireplace. Later he called to let me know not to use the fireplace until the "gas technician" inspected the fireplace. The "gas technician" inspected the fireplace and determined it was safe to use. The service of both employees was very good and professional. Both employees arrived promptly within the specified time limits. Detroit City Sweep called the day before to confirm the initial appointment.

Description of Work: They cleaned the furnace flue and gutters. They made repairs to chimney cap and replaced chimney bricks that were broken or missing. They provided before and after cell phone pictures to save me from climbing on the roof!! They did outstanding work. I would highly recommend them.
