Description of Work: Only looked at gas logs, said they were too old to do. Service guy nice but said he had to charge me full price for just a look, would give 25$ toward a new set w installation. I think the company should only hv charged 35-40$ for inspection only.🙁

Description of Work: Very professional. They called me 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were almost to my home. Both gentlemen were professional and friendly. They were respective of my home. Did a good job and explained to me what they did. I will recommend them and I will use them again. They cleaned out my dryer vent.

Description of Work: We hired this company do come out and give our fireplace a good cleaning. We had not used the fireplace in the last few years and had recently put in new furn.. They came out on time, very professional, and cleaned and reviewed our situation. Everything went fine. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: City Sweep did a detailed cleaning of our gas fireplace. Took the logs out, cleaned, put in new rocks. Also cleaned glass door plate which was pretty dirty. Our fireplace looks like new know. Also the serviceman was super. We will use again next fall.

Description of Work: He did a good job cleaning out the dryer vent and also applying PVC tape to re-attach it, rather than the previous wrong tape. | |However, a few days later, my dryer did not work properly. After my father examined it, he figured out the dryer vent had popped off the dryer somehow. He put it back together but he said there's good possibility of it popping off again. We resolved problem on our own so I did not call dryer vent cleaning service to come back but it makes me hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: They took apart the gas fire logs, brushed them off, vacuumed out the fireplace pit, added some new rocks and then relaid the logs back into place. Also went outside and looked at the chimney to see if there were signs of damage from outside.

Description of Work: He cleaned and inspected our fireplace flue. He also told us that our gas log is obsolete and why. Provided us with information to use when we purchase our new gas log.
