I called to have two entry doors and three security doors replaced. I was told a price on the phone and it was phenomenal. To make sure, I asked them to come to the house to take measurements and make sure everything is set. I was blown off twice, with a no show, and no phone call. I called back the first time, and was told the estimator would be called to figure out what the problem was. Was called back, but never given a reason for the no-show, and was rescheduled at my request. The second time I called, I was told that the estimator would be called to find out what the problem was, and I was never called back. It pains me to leave the good price, but if the contractor is not reliable...
