Description of Work: We knew we might have some problems, even were pretty sure what was wrong. We bought the inspection to start with. Well, by time The tech was done my husband was amazed at the friendliness, professionalism and price for repairs. He said something I've never heard before: "I'd use them again in a heartbeat!" Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I called Pollard Heating and Cooling to repair or replace a humidifier that was mounted on my furnace. They were willing to work with me as I called my home warranty company and approved the cost of replacing the unit. Later when the unit was installed they accepted payment from the warranty company along with the deductible amount that I paid. I had called another company who refused to work with any home warranty company. I was very pleased with their flexibility and professional work.

Description of Work: Complete wait of time and money. An unnecessary service that only lead to problems. Which cost me a lot of time and money to fix. Even according to one of there techs who came back a third time to correct the problems it caused and misdiagnosed the issues told me the AC tune up is never needed as they are sealed units and are better left alone unless there is a problem.
