Not good, the company charged me 10, 380 in total for a job started on 3/28/2021 and did not complete until 4/1/2021 or after. They collected all the money up front before the job was complete. There were so many different plumbers in the house from the same company, with different diagnosis. They let the clean out on the outside in front of the porch, not where it belonged. There were many calls with no response, several dispatched plumbers that no showed, the job was not completed, they closed the holes before the city inspected and had to be dug up again, the manager was rude and non-professional, they did not camera the line, causing yet another back up (had to hire a plumber to camera the line), they had to come out again to Jett the line (videos to prove this) they said there were no drain tiles, when I was able to prove with videos that there were, they somehow disconnected the drain tiles causing the basement to flood with ground water, another plumber I had to hire to install bleeders, they wanted to charge me an additional 1500.00 to fix the ground water issue. All around it was a nightmare from March of 2021 - July of 2021. Many promises to fix the issues, with no commitment. I had spent over 6K more from outside companies to fix a problem I believe they created. In the 23 years I lived in this house the basement never flooded with "ground water," until they attempted to fix the issue. I was left with an open hole in the basement for over a month, which had a foul odor. I could go on and on. I was told by the City Inspector, there was nothing more he could do, that this was probably a Civil Matter. I would be willing to be interviewed.
Description of Work: Main sanitary line inside and outside to the sidewalk, which they did not do to the sidewalk, sleeved the line out, they did not camera the line first, instead assumed there was a back up inside and outside. There was a sewer back-up.
