Description of Work: At first we were impressed with this contractor. When we called for a quote, he asked very pointed questions no one else had asked us. We booked him. We were told they would be there between 12 and 2. At 2, WE called THEM only to be told they were running a little late. At 4, we were about to call them AGAIN and they finally showed up. I took a half day off of work for this. Had I known they weren't showing up until 4, I would have already been home. They took 10 minutes to walk around tell me that it needed additional work that they could not perform that day (which would have been fine if they hadn't blown us off all afternoon) and to call them if we wanted a quote on it. I said thanks and showed them the door. We will be having the work done with a company that probably is a bit more expensive, but I guess it's true you get what you pay for.
