We had holland out on 9/25/19 for job number hd909252. Aaron and Jacob were the service providers . They called in advance to let us know arrival time and were punctual. The guys were extremely polite, friendly and professional. Most importantly they knew what they were doing. Took maybe 2 hours if that from start to finish to install a huge generator right where we wanted it. Definitely A+ service. Getting a whole house back up is a huge investment. It is good to know the job is the hands of real pros and at least your paying that large sum to have nice people do the job.

Excellent!! Cliff and Jason T. were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Due to our 3rd shift work schedule, they even started the job an hour earlier than scheduled, per our request. Thank you Holland Heating and special thanks to Cliff and Jason T.

on July 24,2019 Andrew and Jacob on job #HD907241 installed a Briggs and Stratton generator they were very knowledgeable about their work, they explained what they were going to do, they work very good together. The electricians that were there on the job also were very knowledgeable and professionals. I would diffidently hire Holland heating and cooling company again in the future.

Initially Scott came out on the weekend and patched our aging unit together so we would not be without air conditioning in 90 degree heat. We decided that we needed a new unit, as our's is over 18 years old. Damon and JR came out as scheduled for job #RA907121. They were very efficient and professional. They answered all of our questions and took extra measures to keep protect our home from the messiness of a repair.

Job #RAJOY182 Brandon and Billy was fast and efficient. I was told that it would take 5-6 hours they got it done in 2-3 hours. Cleaned up after themselves. I bought an Air Conditioner last summer from Holland Heating and Cooling which was also a good experiene. Would recommend them to everyone.

We had a mini split installed; job #RA903275. We received excellent service and workmanship from Billy, Brandon and Dave W. They were friendly and very courteous. They were constantly working and moving; no one stood around idle. They came to my house and started working right away. They covered my floors with drop clothes and cleaned up after themselves. They closed the front door every time they would exit the house to get additional tools, even though we told them they didn't have to. The unit is functioning like we were told it would; we are very happy with it. Everything is caulked and sealed tightly so the weather and bugs stay outside. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Fantastic. service call was on 03/20. Lori made the diagnosis immediately. The salesman, Jeff was at my door within 15 minutes. I was approved for finance right at my kitchen table. Were having issues with our old furnace and needed a new one. Went through Home Depot Setvices and was contacted by Jeff from Holland Heating and Cooling. Got a quote from Jeff on Friday, signed papers on Monday, and installed on Tuesday. Josh and Nick were very professional and did an excellent job. If we have any issues with our new furnace, we will be calling them for any repairs and maintenance.

The technicians arrived on time and worked all day in very cold conditions to replace the furnace and make sure my home was warm again. Holland has impressive young men working for them!

I contacted the Home Depot Pro Desk in Midland, MI. Told them I'd like to get a unit heater installed in my new pole barn. THAT SAME DAY Joe Clark from Holland Heating and Cooling called and we set an appointment to see what would work for my heating project. Joe and I agreed that the Reznor UDAP 125 would fit the bill. As scheduled, installers Bart and Andrew arrived on time to complete Job# 901143 on Monday morning 1-14-2019. These guys were professional and hard working- answered all my questions and left the jobsite immaculate. I'm so glad Home Depot gave this referral to Holland Heating and Cooling. I would not hesitate to call them for any service needs at my residence. IMPRESSIVE OPERATION.

It was hassle free. Workers on time, secured the work area, removed old furnace and replaced it. Brad and Nevin were very professional with great work ethics. Very pleased with their work.

The had to do additional duct work and it was all done very professionally. I would not hesitate to hire any one of them again.

We appreciated that Andy & Bob called before they came, arrived when they said they would, and that they laid down protection for our carpets. They explained the installation of our new tankless hot water heater and were professional and friendly. We were very impressed that they set the maximum temperature at a safe level for the toddlers we have in the household before we even asked. Tankless systems cost more than traditional hot water tanks, so we wanted to be sure we made the right choice. Nevin and Mike called ahead and arrived as scheduled. After looking over the job site, they laid down a runner to keep the carpet clean while running in and out of the house. The installation was completed timely. A test of the new unit made sure it was working and they said someone will come back in the spring to ensure everything is still functioning properly. The outdoor unit was placed on my existing pad and I was concerned about the way it was done. I called Holland about it and they came out the same day and fixed it to my satisfaction without any hesitation. I have no hesitation in recommending Holland Heating.

Brad and Nevin did a fantastic job (#HD810013). It was a difficult job removing my old unit, but they did well. I will have them back for another big job next year (2019)
