We have used Holland Heating many times and are very pleased with their service. When our furnace stopped heating on 2-27-20 at 8 pm, we called Holland. Brandon McKone came to our rescue. He explained what was going on with our furnace and that it was emitting hazardous carbon monoxide over normal levels. We talked prices and felt we received a good deal, because this was an unexpected expense. Brandon was very kind and easy to talk to. And being that it was very cold outside he did not want us to be without heat. The time was 1 am which did not deter Brandon from his desire to provide us with excellent service. Technicians, Levell and Aaron G, installed our new furnace on 2-28-20, job# RA002287. The installers were very professional and were extremely courteous as they went about the business of replacing our old furnace with a new Lennox furnace. One of the very welcome features of the Lennox is that it is so quiet that we can barely notice when it is running which also attests to its efficiency. Further we are impressed with Holland’s dedication to staff development and diversity which is a major factor in our continued reliance on them for our heating and cooling needs. It is a pleasure doing business with Holland because we are aware that their staff is a reflection of management policies of kindness and high quality service.

On Feb 28, 2020 Cliff and Jason arrived to install a new energy-efficient furnace. Very impressed with their service. From the placement of tarps, and wearing booties, to protect the floors...to explaining the operation of the furnace. Overall an A-1 job!

The two technicians,Mike Crenshaw and Josh were truly efficient and hard workers, Their demeanor was polite and professional the entire time they were with us. Their installation was complete and the clean up was great. They are truly a credit to Holland Heating.

Aaron W. & Jason did a fantastic job. They were very fast, efficient and professional. They completed my installation with 3 electricians in about 5 1/2 hours. Aaron & Jason worked on installing the unit outside and they did a great job of getting everything operational and making sure the unit looked good outside. I was very pleased with the entire crew that came out here and I now have the peace of mind in knowing that my whole house is protected when we have our next power outage!

On February 20, 2020 I had a 1:00 appointment to have old furnace taken out and new one installed. The crew for my job#Rt002241 was Bart, Noelle, Kevin and Justin K. They not only arrived on time but also sent a text ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They covered my floors with drop cloths to protect them and did an excellent job with cleaning up any mess. They also took the old one away. The whole install went quickly and I couldn't be happier. My furnace was 30 years old, this new efficient one is bound to save me some money! The office was very patient with me while I secured the financing and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great job Well done!

Damon and Jason did a awesome job. Our furnace was from the 1960's and it was huge. On top of that it was 18 degrees outside. They explained everything to me and my husband what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They gave us feedback regarding some questions we had regarding the duct work for next time service. Thank you guys for everything. I am so happy my house is warm again.

Big job. Aaron W. , John V. Jacob, John C. Were very thorough and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done . They did a great job and I’m very happy with the work they did.

Took longer than estimated, but problems were worked out. (old house, old system) Billy and Eli on job#RA002043 2/4&2/5/2020 were very friendly and professional. They were able to answer all questions I had. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards.

My cousin had this done to her home. She asked me to post her comments. Pat M: "I have COPD. The three men who came to install the generator were polite, respectful, kind, and very knowledgeable. When they arrived, they handed me the newspaper that was on my porch and quickly offered to take out the trash for me recognizing it is difficult for me. While installing the generator, they explained each step while they worked to keep me informed of their progress. I was very impressed with the efficiency and work ethic of the 3 technicians, Levell, Aaron G, and Mike. Thank you gentlemen. You did a wonderful job." I would recommend this company again. "

I would recommend Holland Heating. We woke up Friday morning with no heat. I have elder care and live on a horse farm. After a few other people in and out of the house I called Holland Heating. I needed a new furnace and they got one to me the next morning. Everyone else was telling me at least 4 to 5 days. We have heat again. Billy (Job # RA001181) was awesome, he took care of the furnace and cleaned up. This is the second time Holland Heating has taken care of my house and my family, in what I call an emergency situation and they always come through. Great Company!!!!

We weren't in the market for a new furnace as we just moved into our home on 12/31/19, but we knew that the unit was close to 23 years old. While shopping at our local Home Depot we were advised of a free inspection with no obligation, yet should we choose to buy that now was the time as the company (not Home Depot) was a little slow at the current time. My husband scheduled the inspection, we received a free quote on a new furnace and central air unit. We decided to go with the new furnace and central air unit as the discounted price was phenomenal. We were scheduled for installation the very next day! The team arrived at stated time, they were courteous and respectful of my home. The work was done quickly and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. My Dad, who retired from the industry did the walk-thru after the work was complete and he was completely impressed with the work that Aaron and Justin W. did on the furnace and a/c unit. I would definitely recommend Holland Heating and cooling and will use them again in the future when the need arises.

Everything went well, in 5 hours the old furnace was out and the new furnace was in and heating. Bart Woelle and his partner did a great job, job # RA001100.

Brett came out for estimate. Gave us a lot of good information. Appt set for install. Holland called with an opening to get it a day earlier. Installers Billy & John V. Came out and were very respectful of my home, laying down drop clothes. Install was quick and clean. Gave a lot information on running the system properly. Great deal and Great service!
