Michael and Damon arrived around the time they said and got to work right away on job # RA006234. They were professional and courteous. Arron G and Justin K joined them later and they had everything installed in no time. Everything was cleaned up and all was explained. Holland was recommended to me by my sister who was very happy with their work and I would recommend them to someone else. Salesman Reggie came out and gave us an estimate on a new air conditioner and install. He was very courteous and personable and we really enjoyed working with him. Everything he explained to us was exactly how it went. We had installers, Levell and Noelle, who were very friendly and professional and went right to work. Levell was very courteous and so helpful with explaining how to use the new thermostat that was installed. We were very satisfied with Holland and would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great. Frank, Mike andRyan were very professional and friendly. Cleaned up everything and explained very well how to maintain the unit. Would highly recommend them again. Holland had already installed our furnace a year earlier and was very satisfied so used them for my install of air.

Holland heating said they would be here around 9:00am and Michael and Frank got to the house at 9:30am. It took 6 hours like they said it would and went smoothly. Michael and Frank came to my house 6-1-20 and the work order number is 0006014 so you know it is legit.

Had Holland replace our furnace several years ago. Had a great experience working with them on the furnace, so contacted them again to add an A/C unit. Salesman Reggie was great to work with. Had a couple (lengthy) discussions with him on the phone before we had him come to our house to give us a final quote (because of COVID-19 concerns). We scheduled the install before he left. I even requested that Cliff, the same lead technician that installed my furnace years ago, come back and install my A/C unit. Sure enough, Cliff called me on the morning of our scheduled install and informed me they were on their way. Cliff and Jakob did a great job of installing my unit, and answering all of my questions/concerns. Cliff takes pride in his work and does a quality job, as I observed when he installed my furnace, and that's why I requested him back. Jakob was not here before, but I could tell that he also takes pride in what he does and they worked well together. Job# RA005265

It went great, the guys were very professional & explained everything that was going to take place!!

Company was very professional , they communicated with us from start to finish and the installation was extremely well done . My track record the last few years has been bad for dealing with contractors so I wasn't sure what to expect so when I came home later the day of the install I looked at the complete install and well I couldn't find anything wrong . They even rerouted the pvc that the original installer had ran kinda crapy and I tripped over for years. I'm impressed and finally I'm not regretting what the **** I just spent money on ..... Great Job !

They put a new furnace and air conditioner in my old house a year and a half ago. So when it was time to put one in my new house it was a no brainer! They are horrible, only guarantee parts for 30 days. During this crisis of the virus they charged my 70 year old parents over 300.00 for an ignition switch with it being in the low 20’s outside. Will be letting everyone I know not to use them. HORRIBLE

Excellent. bought on a Thursday and installed complete the next day. The technicians were not only very knowledgeable but very professional and friendly. They were Andy, Jacob, and John.

Everything went great. Even prior to their arrival I received a text letting me know they were on the way. My technicians were Andy and Levell. They were both excelled people. We have used Holland Heating many times and are very pleased with their service. When our furnace stopped heating on 2-27-20 at 8 pm, we called Holland. Brandon McKone came to our rescue. He explained what was going on with our furnace and that it was emitting hazardous carbon monoxide over normal levels. We talked prices and felt we received a good deal, because this was an unexpected expense. Brandon was very kind and easy to talk to. And being that it was very cold outside he did not want us to be without heat. The time was 1 am which did not deter Brandon from his desire to provide us with excellent service. Technicians, Levell and Aaron G, installed our new furnace on 2-28-20, job# RA002287. The installers were very professional and were extremely courteous as they went about the business of replacing our old furnace with a new Lennox furnace. One of the very welcome features of the Lennox is that it is so quiet that we can barely notice when it is running which also attests to its efficiency. Further we are impressed with Holland’s dedication to staff development and diversity which is a major factor in our continued reliance on them for our heating and cooling needs. It is a pleasure doing business with Holland because we are aware that their staff is a reflection of management policies of kindness and high quality service.
