The salesman who came out and sold us the units Reggie was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the right size air and furnace for what we needed. The Technicians that came were here in the time frame promised, on the day promised. their names were Bill and Justin W., they were so friendly and polite, they layed long sheets throughout the house so not to carry any dirt in, they did systems checks on everything, picked everything up when done, explained everything and how to use it, just the nicest guys. I'd recommend Holland Heating to anyone.

Was very happy with Levell & Justin K. Professional and polite services. I was able ask lots of questions and how to care for the unit. That also did a great job at cleaning up behind themselves so I didn't have to.

The Technicians, Cliff, Bart, Noelle, Taylor and Caleb, were all very professional and courteous. They were at my house when they said they would be and completed the job in a very timely matter. They cleaned up after they were done and took every thing with them.

Had AC replaced last month and was very pleased with everything! Ended up replacing furnace this month as the blower motor went bad. Furnace was 34 years old so it had served its purpose! Will recommend Holland for any AC/heating needs!

Holland came in far below the others prices and was a very clean crew. Crystal and Steve worked together to install the air conditioning unit and coil pack taking care not to damage any items installed, they knew when to get a part they needed to that they didn’t have being able to complete the job with out having to come back a second day. After a few adjustments with Freon levels the u it produced colder air than was expected. WS told 52 degree, it ended up at 50 degree. My job number was HD0008192 on 19 August of 2020. Thank you both for being friendly and courteous.

Holland Heating & Cooling Job# RA008056 08/05/2020 I would like to take this opportunity to thank Holland Heating & Cooling for a job well done. After looking at Angie’s list for recommendations to get several quotes I started with Holland and was totally impressed with their sales rep Randy Phillips. Randy spent at least 2 hours measuring and calculating our needs for a new furnace, AC, and home generator. Randy explained bigger is not always better and saved us money. After his presentation I felt there was no need for a second quote. Installation started on the date as promised and a crew of 6 started at 9:00AM and completed the install at 4:00PM never stopping until completed. The entire crew was very friendly and courteous explaining and answering all questions as they worked. When completed, all replaced components and extra no longer used material were packed in their trucks for removal, nothing left behind. After completion I was given a very in-depth explanation how everything operated and any maintenance that would be required. Again, I would like to thank Andy, Frank, Billy, Aaron, John and one more I forgot his name, for a great job. I will be recommending Holland to everybody looking for heating & cooling needs. From quote to install they were great to work with. On job #RA007293, July 29, 2020, technicians Billy and Justin K, and Krystal and Noelle all were polite, knowledgeable, and clean. The install was quick and efficient and Billy was very informative of how to work and maintain the new system.

JOB #: HD007170-1 - technicians were Andy & Jessie Andy & Jessie were great to work with. They were very professional, and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them. My only concern is that the mini split was operating with a 4° swing either way. Andy called another tech, and they could not understand why it was operating like this in 'follow me' mode. I will experiment with regular mode and see if the results improve. Otherwise, I will be making a call to have someone come out and figure out why the 8° difference.

We were vey impressed with Holland’s service and he installation of our furnace and AC. Cliff, Billy and Caleb were professional, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and were also done earlier than anticipated. It was a great experience and we will now be using Holland for our heating and cooling needs. Great customer experience!!

Michael and Josh (Job #HD007217) performed the above service on July 21, 2020. These men arrived promptly and did outstanding service. They explained exactly what service they were going to do before starting and then explained and showed me what they did when the job was finished. Furthermore, they cleaned up after the job and hauled away my old units. I am VERY happy.

The techs was very professional constantly working and when I made small talk they listened and responded and went back to what they were doing.
