I had a new Furnace and AC unit installed by Technicians Joe h and Steve. Job # HD012187 on 12/18/2020. Job went well and I am very pleased.

Levell and Taylor (HD012174, 12/17/20) were prompt. efficient and courteous. As well as installing the generator, they also corrected an existing problem with the gas line. The electrical subcontractor (Bill, M&M Cable) was also top notch. We had been told a generator would not be available for several months, but Holland was able to get us one before Christmas. What a great present!

Billy and Justin are the best !! They are very knowledgeable. Most people do not buy a new system every day. It can be a lot to deal with. Billy and Justin were there every step of the way, they patiently explained everything to me (sometimes more than once), always with a smile. They really made me feel at ease with the large investment I had made. They were ALWAYS courteous when entering my home and their clean up process was impeccable. I personally would HIGHLY recommend working with these technician's and I would work with them again without hesitation.

The professional and knowledgeable staff starting with Charlie MacDonell to the Electrician & installers Dave Shane, Garreth & Aaron made the entire process fast & easy. Lorrie Sanborn was my technician. She arrived on time and performed the required services quickly and competently. Tech David Shane did an excellent job showing me what he found wrong with the furnace and pointed out a small amount of mold in the furnace hence the Remi halo this mold was caused by a water leak that happened a few years ago from the radiator. I have asthma and seeing what this device could do I knew it would benefit me and I am seeing the results. The installation was done quickly and the tech was informative and polite.

On 11/09/2020 Aaron & Justin came out to instill my Unit. It was a hard and long project, but these guys did it with professional and courtesy experience. I very highly recommend Holland and Cooling for my next home project.
