 + -1 moreWe were closing on our house and had a problem passing the water inspection for the well. I called on a Friday and Mike set up an appointment for Monday because our closing was the following Thursday. They came out and inspected the well and performed a chlorine cleaning which went very well. I paid for them to come back the next day and get a sample versus doing it myself because if you don't get a sample correctly it can contaminate the results. They came back on Tuesday and turned the sample into the Oakland county inspector and I got the results back Wednesday afternoon and it passed just in time for the closing. It is a family business and they definitely know what they are doing. Very friendly and helpful and I will be using them again for my mother's house.

 + -1 moreMatt answered my phone call promptly concerning my "no water' problem. He was at my door within a 45 minute period, which is exactly when he stated he would be there. He and his brother (didn't catch his name, sorry) were very professionally knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use this company again!
Description of Work: Examined the water pump and tank in a very hard to get to crawl space under my home as I awoke to 'no water'. Checked out amperage and condition of pump & tank and found them old and on "last legs". However, he did get pump working again. He was unsure of what might have caused the pump to stop working as could have been many different factors. Either the "push type" circuit breaker malfunctioned or possibly the old pump stopped on a bad spot of the motor, or even a piece of sediment could have stopped the motor. After repeated on and off of breaker switch, the motor moved enough to start again. Advised me to be aware that pump and tank probably needed to be replaced soon, but, to hold tight for now and just see if the problem happens again. If so, then maybe at that time can determine what is causing the pump to quit working. Received estimate of what price and work would have to be done to correct problem if happens again, along with recommendations and prices for replacement of pump & tank.

 + -1 moreChris arrived on time and proceeded to check out my system to isolate the problem (no water from well). There was a leak in the drop pipe. He completed the needed work in a little over three hours. It was an extremely cold day, but he worked continuously and efficiently. I decided to upgrade my well pump to a larger size. Chris thoroughly explained what he was doing and why, answered all my questions, and gave me an upfront estimate for all service and product options.
Description of Work: Replaced well pump and drop pipe.
