The man who performed these services did a good job with the work. He was a scarry man and very angry!!!
Description of Work: This company dug up my septic tank and raised it. They then put in 2 lids so cleaning will be easier in the future. Finally, new grass seed was planted.

In response to your rating of our company Member. I think you need to look back and reflect on us . We were very professional and showed up on time when we said we would do the job. If you thought I was scary and angry I apologize. However, If you look at your contract it stated that we would be paid 1/2 our money when you signed our contract and the other 1/2 at completion of the job. Prior to us finishing the job you left and said you would be back in 1 or 2 hours. I stated that we would be done in about 2 hours and would like to be paid when done. You said there would be no problem with that and left. We completed our job and I than called you and told you our job was done and we were waiting for a check. You told me you would be back in about 1 hour, You left me sit there for 31/2 hours. When I tried to call you there was no answer. Than when you did come back I was told you could not pay me until the following Friday, which turned into the following Monday. Maybe thats why I was a little angry. And on a second note. Our price did not include grass seeding and final gradind the area. However, We did grade out the area well enough so all you had to do was a little raking and than put down your grass seed.
