+ -1 moreI called and made an appointment. Terry was there on time.Talked and explained everything to us. Gave us a price which was the same price when he was finished. Did not try to up-sell us on anything. My husband had a question about something (haven't the foggiest) and they decided to fix that..he included that for about $100. When it was time to install Terry was on time, all the work was done with no mess. I always worry about things being done in the house but this was a great.
