We had about a dozen companies to see if anyone could locate the source of a leak in our basement-no one could find it. We called Serv Pro, and Bill (the owner) was sincere in his concern for our problem (he didn't blow it off like everyone else we'd called), and was thorough in checking out our basement issues. He promptly came over to deal with the mold issue (which we thought was minor, but ended up being major), and discovered the source of the water in our basement (remember - NO ONE ELSE was able to do this). He went above and beyond the mold clean up and was helpful in dealing with our insurance adjuster whom had blown us off. He also helped us uncover the source of the mold, the extent of the damage and helped get us started down a path where the issue could be truly resolved, rather than covered up (which other companies were suggesting we do). When our insurance adjuster was unreachable and unreasonable, he stepped in and made sure that everything was covered. As a result of Serv Pro's thorough cleaning, our family as a whole has been feeling much healthier. We had no idea that we had that level of mold in our house, and greatly appreciate all of Bill's (and his crew) hard work in finding it and cleaning it up! One last thing - Bill also answered other questions we had about things; not just about mold (i.e., carpet vs. tile in basement, best type of drywall, etc.), and was very patient with us. We cannot say enough good things about Serv Pro of Novi!

The experience is great. They are very prompt. They are good at what they do. They are professional and courteous. Their work is done efficiently and promptly.

Raul was the foreman in charge and he made sure that everything was done right and in a timely manner. They were professional, clean and neat and cleaned up after themselves. I can't say enough good things about them.
