+ -1 moreWhen service tech showed up he quickly found out the compressor wasn't working. He told me it was a $180.00 part and he had one in his vehicle. He replaced the capacitor and charged me $180.00 for the part plus $79.00 service call. Later found out that the capacitor can be purchased thru a parts supplier for $7.00 to $10.00. Called owner about the up charge for the part and he said "It is part of doing business, and they would not adjust the price" I strongly do not recommend this service repair company to any of Angie's list customers.
Description of Work: A/C wasn't blowing cold air. Service tech replaced the capacitor and it fixed the issue.

+ -1 moreA live person answered the phone right away. He checked to see, but they couldn't come out that night. However they did come the next morning at 8:10. They replaced a blown capacitor. I used a 20% coupon on their web site. We had to have them come out again a couple weeks later to fix another part. They are professional and very polite.
Description of Work: Our air conditioner died the night of the 4th of July.
