 + 0 moreThey inspected the windows in our house and identified the ones which needed to be replaced due to leaking seals. They also inspected the wood trim and replaced any with signs of wood rot. They also inspected all caulking around the windows and replaced any that was loose or cracked. They repainted any areas where wood was replaced. The work crews were very courteous and cleaned up the work area each day. All interior work areas were left in good clean condition.
Description of Work: Oakland Hills Sash and Glass replaced approximately 31 thermo panes of window glass in our house.

 + 0 moreThey were extremely thorough and advised very completely every detail of service we could expect and they were spot on. We were so very pleased with the entire process from the estimate to the framing repair and clean up. There was nothing but pleasure as a result and we love our new windows. We highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: When our home was built the window supplier for our home and others in our neighborhood provided a lesser grade window that ultimately created a need for window framing repair. We hired Oakland Hills Sash & Glass. They specialze in rotted framing and repair.
