Everyone I have worked with was very professional. The quotes were very timely. The work was done In the amount of time they told me it would be. The work itself was done very well. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Bill and his crew showed up on time today to repair my porch. They were very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions, did great work, and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

I always call Brick Works to do any kind of masonary work. They have poured two patios for me and did a marvelous job. They really know how to level a patio to drain water away from the house. They quickly responded to my request. The work was completed the day after my call. I highly recommend this company.

The wall needed to be taken down to the base and rebuilt and they completed the job in 2 days!

The crew worked non-stop except for a brief lunch break. And, only then if they could break from the job. The lead hand (wish I could remember his name) came up with great suggestions. Also, there was non-stop communication. For the wing walls, before the demolition, a guy came over with several brick samples. We kind of said "Nah, nope. Don't think those will work." So he went back to the brickyard and got some more. We made our decision and demo commenced the next day. Please see before and after pics (landscape mode.) We highly recommend this company and will be calling them back next year for the other side of the pool which has flagstones but no cement between. Just moss and a few weeds. If you're looking for the best, these are your guys.

There was some damage on the work and a lot of the tuck pints are falling. It's hard to get good people.

Prompt and professional service. Attached and epoxy plastic injection ports per manufacture specs. Applied top coat over the crack face. Injected epoxy into all ports starting at the bottom and working up filling the entire crack. Now, I need to wait to see whether this was the problem.

The length of this reviews is relevant due to my stupidity and thinking I knew best. I called Brickwork's based on my neighbor’s recommendation and Jeremiah came out that same day. The quote he gave was on May 17th, 2018 due to moisture in the attic, I was already in the middle of several other projects, so I made the decision to set the chimney repairs aside. I went ahead and caulked the flashing, and everything seemed to be fine, whew!! I diverted an expensive repair and did it for the price of roofing caulk. Speed ahead nearly one year to the day, a storm woke me up in the middle of the night, it wasn’t the storm outside that woke me but the storm inside! The attic must have been holding water for some time and eventually found its way through a weak point in my ceiling, I immediately retrieved the email with the Brickwork's quote and hit "except". I received a call the next day and shortly after I had four employees’ in my driveway ready to tear it down and rebuild it like I should have done a year prior. By this point the mortar and bricks were falling out only to be replaced by moss and a Stink bug colony living behind the chimney walls. Evan, Sam, Eric and Ryan handled the situation with great knowledge and professionalism, I’ve had some bad contracting companies at my home before, so I was quite nervous, just ask Kevin, the project manager who handled this from the office, he did an amazing job coordinating and answering every concern I threw at him. They all spoke highly of Jeremiah which showed in their craft, good people want to work for good people and they did just that. When it was complete my roof and surrounding areas looked better than when they arrived. On that same day I had a chimney sweep, Stefan and Sean spend hours cleaning so I recommend that service as well. Thanks again!

Major brick porch foundation rebuild and on the house, bricks replaced and tuck-pointing. Casey, Ali and Tom showed up on time, worked long hours and through inclement weather at times. They really enjoy their work and their skills set is exactly what I expected.

Communication was good from the start. Estimate was clear and complete. We were kept up to date as to scheduling (due to weather). Repairs were done basically in a full day and cleanup was thorough. Chimney looks great! We will recommend this company to others.

The install team led by Jeff was on time and professional. Friendly and personable. They left the job site clean when the initial work was completed. Follow up on the next day was completed in about 1/2 hour and returned the area to the original condition. We did not need to do any further clean up or adjustment. Darryl responded to my calls very promptly and got our job completed in very good time. I would use them again and recommend Brickworks to any one who needs brick or cement work.

Dustin and the crew provided exceptional service. From the intro right thru to job completion and clean up, not a detail missed. Appreciate the work and care that the team put into my repair work.

The office staff and the guys who actually did the work were great and I would use them again. I would just go through a different salesman. He dropped the ball on almost every turn. I asked for two estimates. One was a day late, the other was two weeks late and only came after I called the office. He said it would be 3-4 weeks before they could do it and actually it was 10 weeks and again only after I called the office. Everything he told me they were going to do was not on the contract although they ended up doing it after I complained. He didn't even bother to follow up when the were done.

Darrin was my contact. He was professional, always kept me informed, stayed with the price quoted and did a fantastic job.

Brickworks price came in under all other bids but I was confident going with them because others in my neighborhood had very good experiences with them. Brandon T and Tony showed up, explained what they were going to do and di a fantastic job. Work was perfect and no mess left on my property. Would use them again in a minute

They were excellent! The only company to actually come out and give an estimate. They explained everything, and actually cared about fixing my eroding corner before it became a larger problem. The guys were able to come over from another job and patch it up. They were very through and answered all my questions. I will certainly hire them again. Next year I am planning to fix my chimney and Brickworks will be who I call.

Our brick walls were restored and look wonderful.! This work crew went the extra mile to clean up . The residents are very happy and so is the president.i highly recommend this company!

Matt was prompt, responsive, and professional in drawing up an estimate and accommodating when my wife and I asked to alter (enhance) the plan. Once the contract was signed, a day was soon set for the work to begin. Darren and his crew began on time and worked very efficiently and diligently for the five days they were working on our house. The crew showed respect for our property and was concerned to minimize any interference with our use of the porches or the driveway. Darren is a very professional mason, an expert, with great skill and technique, and it was a pleasure to watch him work. In particular, I appreciated that Darren communicated very well: he went over the work order with us to make sure he understood our expectations, and whenever an issue arose he was quick to consult us about how to proceed. He is well spoken and congenial as well as professional, so my wife and I were always comfortable discussing the progress of the work with him. Each day they were here the crew cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day. When the project was completed, they spent a long time cleaning up and leaving the job site as they had found it. We highly recommend Brickworks.

We had stone work done on the front of our house by someone that claimed to be a mason. It was the worst display of workmanship I’ve ever seen, and we had to have it completely removed and redone. We went through no less than 10 companies until Matt from brickworks came out and assured us that they could do it no problem. Darrin and his team showed up weeks ahead of schedule, Darrin and his team went right to work, they were very friendly, Darrin kept us informed of his progress throughout the entire job, Darrin , without a doubt, was the most professional, skilled, and knowledgable contractor we have ever hired. The stone turned out absolutely beautiful!! We are very happy with Darrin, Matt and the entire brickworks experience. Thanks so so much to Darrin and his team for helping us get rid of the garbage work done by a complete hack and a phony mason. You guys are awesome and will definitely be on our list of “go to” contractors. Thanks again!! Great work and great experience.
