Description of Work: Provided estimate and scheduled job on 9/30 for 10/7 , then company called to reschedule due to rain (there was no rain!), first available was for 10/16, company called 10/16 to let me know that they cant do the job due to rain again ( there is no rain),and was told that it is the end of the season and job cant be done until next year. There was no rain 1st time nor there was any other day available to do the job because they were very busy, which is fine, I just wish they would have warned ahead that they picked up more jobs that they can do, instead of stringing me along to the end, I would have found another contractor had I known ahead of time. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Installed new asphalt driveway 16' x 64' Actual work performed by Guardian Seal- coating and Paving. Job went very well, very satisfied with the finished product, Have already referred them to a close friend...would recommend them.

Description of Work: Options sealed my rather lengthy driveway and put filler in the cracks and sealed the cracks. It is a year later now and several of the cracks opened up again which was a little disappointing but the coating still looks good so I may need to have them come back more often just for crack maintenance. Overall did a good job and will likely use them next year again for crack maintenance on my drive and possibly to seal the rest of the common drive with the neighbor. They were very professional and responsive and reasonably priced whereas a few other local places either did not get back to me or were priced way too high.

 + -1 moreIn order to do the work they had to pull up some edging and didn't put it back when the job was completed which would have been nice. They could have just cut it instead of yanking it up. Other than that everything turned out well. We now have a dry garage.
Description of Work: Our garage is lower than our driveway and we were having problems with the garage flooding. They installed a speed pump in front of the garage to keep the water out.

 + -1 moreMy driveway had not been coated for about 12 years. The lady in the office I spoke with, Mary, was very helpful and addressed all my concerns. She even placed me last on the list for the day so I would be able to be home when the work was done. Job took less than 45 minutes from start to finish. The men got there, did the job, cleaned up and left. They didn't leave any surplus coating on my sidewalks or lawn. The price was also much less than I thought it would be - I base this on the cost friends had paid to other companies to cover driveways that were much smaller. I am very pleased - will use this company again.
Description of Work: Swept perimeter of driveway then cleared all debris from surface. Filled all the cracks with hot rubber then applied sealcoat using a squeegee.

 + -1 moreTwo man sealcoating crew arrived the next day, as promised, after calling to request service. First, the grass was edged alongside the driveway. There were no cracks in the driveway that needed repair. The driveway was then cleaned. The sealant was applied using squeegees. There were no over runs onto the sidewalk or garage slab. The end of the driveway was blocked off using yellow tape. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The driveway looks great.
Description of Work: Asphalt sealcoating of 25 x 50 foot driveway.

 + -1 moreI wish that I would have found this company years ago. I have never had my driveway look so beautiful. The owner goes to every job site and he has a great crew working for him. He also uses very good grade material to complete the job. I had to pay a little more than normal to repair the job that the previous company did. OPTIONS had to remove the inferior material used previously and repair a lot of the driveway and then seal the entire thing. The driveway is quite large. I will always use this company every year to seal my drive.
Description of Work: Large areas of the circle driveway were were removed, replaced, evened out and then sealed.
