Description of Work: They replaced electrical box and redid wiring into the house. They corrected many items not up to code in the home. The work was very good. The technician was very congenial and seemed to be quite helpful in helping us understand the problems of the house. The work took almost a week to complete however and that was frustrating.

I originally had Brandon come out to provide and install a shower light in my mother's shower for only $145 . He had to go through the attic several times, which was very hot. I commented on how I wished I had made a list of the other things I needed done. Brandon inquired what I needed done and he did them too for a nominal amount. The add ons were to make the lights work in the other bathroom and that shower. (This involved several more trips to the hot attic). He also installed a new security fixture on the outside for which he had to use his tallest ladder. He removed his shoes, put down tarp, used his own ladders, used shop vac and cleaned up, cleaned off glass, took out storm window so dust could go out there while he worked. Was here 3 hours. He then came back and insulated above the light fixtures in attic and taped off the cans so no previous insulation could come down. He rechecked outside fixture for adjustment to please me. Adjusted another outside security fixture stabilized a pole that housed a timer, a switch and an outlet by the pool equipment that another electrician had left wobbly. He even put extra insulation that I had in the attic that I had. He did all these add ons for only an additional $80. He didn't accept any pay until all work was completed and I was satisfied. While he came back and did extras, he only charged me the original total of $225 ($145 plus $80) and insisted I pay only him that much. But I paid him an extra $25 since he came back, and did a bunch of extras.
