Received confirmation call from the service provider within 15 mins of purchasing the deal. The service was schedule for the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and replaced the part and got the unit running. Will definitely use in the future.

Excellent job from start to finish.

He charged $190 for a small can of "sealer", which looks like something you can buy from Home Depot or Walmart for under $5. No labor involved what so ever. I don't know what this sealer is when he said I need it. When I saw the can, I know I have been ripped off. I have already paid his visit for $70 and $200 for the coolant he said 2.5 lb. This company over charges customer. I will never use them again.

Checked furnace, filters,humidifier and thermostats.Cleaned and inspected 2 air conditioner units. Told me how good everything looked except for a small leak in a coil which he repaired. I was charged the $69.00 for each unit. Great price for a great job! Will definitely use again!

Great. Checked the unit for life expectancy (5 more years left on a 10 year old unit), checked the furnace, changed filters, checked gas pressure. Helped me go through what I had to do to maintain the unit on my own, and how often to have it checked.

I had an issue where the A/C lines were icing up. The ice was on the piping and in the unit itself. They were prompt in replying to me. They had a good idea on what what needed. They let me know about what it would cost. They only surprise was that 'sealant' was required per their policy. That was a big jump in price. But they fixed the problem in an hour and they did help me figure out why the electronic air filter was clicking and fixed it free of charge. Net good deal and good service.

Very prompt and arrived ahead of schedule (after a phone call to make sure this was okay), which was nice. Professional and courteous. Personally I'm not at all experienced with AC troubleshooting. He cleared gunk out of the central AC unit drain, cleaned out piping (thus allowing the unit to drain and function properly again), and rebalanced vents. Gave a some helpful suggestions for future reference. Checked out the furnace in general. Gave some advice on the compressor unit, which to me looks old and crappy and ready to die; but he said it seems to be functioning well despite the looks. Coolant was just a little low, added sealer and a bit of a coolant recharge. The majority of the cost of the visit ($270) was from the coolant and sealer, which he made clear were somewhat optional. Happy customer here!

Service Provider did not fix anything. He claimed he cleaned it but my daughter's friend took pictures and it was filthy. I paid $64 for nothing. He quoted me $500 to do what was needing to be done, which is ridiculous. My daughter's friend added Freon and cleaned it and now it works perfectly

Excellent!!! Arrived ahead of time on a very warm day. Serviced the unit, determined the cause of why the unit was not working. Replaced the damaged part and explained how the damage caused the unit to stop working properly. Answered all my questions. If all companies operated the way HVAC Comfort operates, there would not be a need for an Angies List.

Greeted by Will who was on time and very courteous. I walked him through my system and he noted that the compressor was not working. He performed a diagnostic and determined the problem. He walked me through his diagnostic process to inform me of the problem and the solution. There was a bad contact in the power transformer that needed to be replaced. He had one with him and the cost was $125. I authorized the repair and left him to work. His work was done within 1/2 hour. I will call them again for my furnace cleaning.

They were very responsive and thorough. Appointment was scheduled promptly, and the tech Will was knowledgeable and willing to let me shadow him to learn about my system. Professional. They are in my calendar to call for furnace check in the Fall.

Our a/c wasn't working well and found these guys on Angie's list. They were pretty booked but we found a time two weeks out after our vacation. Then before we left on vacation one unit stopped working completely. HVAC Comfort showed up on the agreed upon day half an hour early. I found the technician pleasant and helpful. We discussed the issue, he found the problem, and even reviewed the replacement part cost with me before driving to the supply house to pick it up. He fixed the problem it what I considered a very reasonable cost. I really appreciated that there was no hard "upsell" or necessary return calls. I would definitiely use HVAC Comfort again.

The gentleman from HVAC Comfort arrived on-time. He was professional and courteous. When inside my home he put on shoe-covers without me even asking. He went right to work assessing the AC components in the basement and outside. I actually have two AC units and furnaces for the house. There wasn't a place on the initial appointment request to indicate this, so I was afraid he wouldn't be able to take care of both, but he said no problem. One of the units was not running at all, so I was also concerned it might need to be replaced. Luckily, it just needed a new fuse. He showed me where a mouse had crawled up into the outdoor unit and made a nest. Unfortunately the mouse had chewed a wire over the winter, thus shorting the unit (and the mouse). He cleaned out the dead mouse and nest material. I appreciated being able to see the evidence it before he cleared it out. (obviously not a fake). The tech finished the cleaning and inspection, replaced the fuse, and we were good to go. He also gave me some pointers on how to keep future mice out and how to extend the life of the two AC units. I was very pleased with the experience. He could have told me the whole unit needed to be replaced, but he was honest man. I would definitely use this company again for AC work, and I'll be calling them again in the fall for my Furnace tune-up. :-)

It was good. He was very prompt. He was really helpful. He went above and beyond. I honestly don't usually service boilers but he had the part on him so he fixed it.
