It was fair. The main person with the company who we dealt with was very good and scheduled an appointment and all of that. The person came and showed up. But, he replaced a fan in our air conditioning unit outside and after he was done, he left a wiring connector exposed and protruding from the top of the air conditioning unit. So, we needed to call back and have him locate that so it wasn't exposed and sticking out. We actually sent a picture of what it looked like. The guy who came back, just seemed angry, like he was mad that he had to come back and change it. He did change it. But, it was a little uncomfortable. He didn't apologize for leaving it that way or anything. But, we were satisfied with the work that was done in the end. The owner guy was great. But, I wouldn't want the other guy at my house again. I feel the company is well run. When they needed to come back, they could have been more professional about the attitude. But again, that's the service guy, not the manager guy. Who knows if he even still works there.

It went very well. They were prompt and professional.

The tech did all the maintenance needed. We mentioned the high cost of our electric bill and the tech checked the power drawn by the furnace blower motor, which we were running all the time. It was much greater than we estimated. We no longer run the blower motor continuously and have cut our electric bill by approximately $30-$40 a month. I call that really great service!

It went fine. Our furnace look good. We didn't have any issues. They were polite and prompt. There were no extra charges. They left the area as it was.

My furnace quit last night. I called this morning and they had Will come out the same day. He cleaned and fixed my furnace. He also gave me tips on how to recognize when something is going wrong, which is really helpful. He made sure my thermostat was a-ok. I can't tell you how happy I am with the service. He answered my questions without the usual patronizing attitude I get from other vendors. He explained each thing he did and how it benefited the furnace. Plus Will was pleasant and easy to chat with. I would call and recommend in a heart-beat!

the service man, walking to the house with street shoes, when asked about boot-cover, he responded "I do not have them". when asked to take out the shoes, he then decided to go back to the truck to get the book-cover. not friendly to polite enough. when asked do I want to have a business card of HAV, I said yes, but he did not give me the card before he went off...

Will called to tell me he was on his way. He was punctual, professional and neat. He put booties on over his work shoes upon entering my home, which I appreciated. He was very thorough in cleaning my furnace, and showed and explained to me exactly what he had done. I asked him to take a look at my humidifier as well to make sure it was working properly. Initially, he thought it was not because no water was coming through. He thought the solenoid may need replaced, and quoted me a price on that. However, he did a thorough check before installing it, and found that there was a build-up in the water line that he was able to clean out to let the water flow. I appreciated his extra effort and honesty in finding the issue. I was impressed with the professionalism shown by Will, and would definitely use the company again, and recommend to my neighbors.

Greg gave me a window of a few hours in which he would be there. He attempted to call me to say he wouldn't be there exactly at the beginning of the time (Not that he had to be.) I was otherwise occupied and didn't hear the phone. He arrived near the beginning of that time and was done long before the end. The furnace had not been checked or properly cleaned for around 2 decades (According to the work form) and there was lots to clean and check. He started by removing the dust from the top of it. He said all was well which after so many years could easily have not been the case. I mentioned I have a carbon monoxide detector and he suggested I get another to be placed near the furnace and water heater. He didn't suggest selling me one or telling me I need a new furnace. So no up-selling. Not included with the deal as it was written on Angie's list, was a free filter. However it is pretty skimpy and while it would help in an emergency that's about it. I'll keep it but I have no intention of using it. I had meant to call the company about the non-functioning humidifier and asked him about it when he was here. While it is against policy to fix older humidifiers , (Too many callback as something else went wrong.) he did check it out and told me what part was not functioning and how to find it so it was an easy fix. No extra charge was added. All in all as good as can be hoped for and better than I expected.

This company would not drive rive 8 miles extra to do service. even though their ad said they cover this county . . .and not a part of it. Aside from the F for professionalism and responsiveness . . . They get a F for lack of common sense.

Boy, were we impressed! We purchased one of these inspections for a rental property we own. They were professional, did a very thorough job and did over sell us. We did need a new humidifier filter but that was it! We were so impressed we purchased a second tune up for our home. The experience was just as good - on time, professional, talked us through exactly what was being done and did not try to over recommend-sell anything. They truly seem honest and we appreciate that. Will be using this provider again for sure!

This company is awesome! I had no issues at all working out the appointment. They showed up on time and went right to work. Not sure how to explain it, but I immediately felt comfortable that they were not going to scam me, and they did not! Very professional and on the up and up! I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on!

The service technician seemed inexperienced. He did not wear shoe covers when coming into my home. I had to ask him to use shoe covers, he did the first time, but several other times coming in and out of my house he did not use them. For some reason he turned off my water heater, and did not turn it back on before leaving my house, I did not know he turned off the water heater and the next morning had to diagnose why my hot water heater was not working. He diagnosed the zone2 issue to be a problem with the zone2 damper motor, and wanted to replace the entire damper system. When I asked why did he need to replace the entire damper system, why not just replace the motor only (I easily/quickly searched on the internet and found exact replacement motors for my zone2 damper system), he could not explain why, only that when they have seen this issue they replace the entire system. I feel this company is trying to overcharge me. Also, the angle's list coupon states, I can receive a service credit towards fixing the problem, when I asked, the service technician said the coupon was for the service call only. Note: the company was responsive in scheduling an appointment with me, and the service technician was punctual, actually arrived early at my house.

They were great! I was called the next day after signing up for the coupon. The scheduling was easy and they were very nice, as well! The inspection went off without a hitch! We would hire them again.

This went perfectly! They were quick to respond to the order, and quick to schedule. Will was early for the appointment window and explained what he was doing as he inspected the furnace. He did not go into 'sales mode' looking for items to up-sell me with, which made everything he said that much more credible. This was money well spent for a peace of mind. Highly recommended, and I will certainly reach out to them for any HVAC needs I have in the future.

He found the problem and promptly fixed it.

Excellent! Greg was so prompt in getting back to me which I really appreciated. He called to let me know he received the request but wouldn't be able to schedule something right away because they were moving offices. He called back the next day to get my appointment scheduled. He scheduled my appointment with Will who was actually able to come out sooner than expected and get things squared away. Will performed the furnace inspection and was able to find a problem with the primary limit switch. From there, he found a supplier, went and picked it up and fixed it right then and there. I was really impressed with his professionalism and the care that both Will and Greg exhibited. Would highly recommend these guys. You can tell they care about their customers.

nerThey were very honest and told me they just had to replace the ciol and I did not need a new Air Conditioner. They were on time and very knowledgable

It went very well. They were very professional, a little late because of a previous job but stayed until the job was finished, despite rain all afternoon. They were soaking wet, plus it was very muddy. They convince me to go with the Coleman unit stating it was made now by Johnson Control. I'm hoping this one lasts longer than the last. We rarely used the last A/C unit (not the same brand) and it broke down 3 times in 8 years, major financial cost to repair. Fingers crossed. Very positive. Great company and very nice.

I was very pleased at the inspection of our furnace and the advice as to how to get the most from the furnace and how to keep it functioning at its best. I was very reassured that we did not have any carbon monoxide exhausts and that the furnace if working correctly.

Second service appt with provider...both times punctual, courteous, competent. Very happy that he explained and fixed problems without trying to sell us new units, etc.

The company contacted me promptly and scheduled an appointment within one day. The technician was on time and personable. He showed me exactly what was wrong with the AC unit and explained how to prevent the problem in the future. The work was done quickly. I felt very satisfied with the work. I would definitely refer this company to a friend or neighbor.
