Description of Work: Original appointment was for maintenance, but I ended up needing a new air conditioner unit. They replaced the unit same day and followed up promptly on questions/concerns. I would recommend and use them again.

Description of Work: They performed the 20 point air condition tune up as promised and also and replaced my filter for free. I also had other services provided so my unit was able to run for the summer. I was thoroughly satisfied and happy with the service provided. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Serviced the HVAC and discovered it was low on pressure and freezing the condensate causing a minor basement flood. Used line sealant to fix the leak and recharged the system. So far so good, HVAC works well and is no longer leaking condensate so assume leak is fixed.

Description of Work: They cleaned my furnace and recommended a humidifier. I wasn't interested because all my humidifiers in the past have broken after a few years. They explained this was new technology and was unlikely to break, so I purchased it. Hopefully, it was last longer than the old style with a sponge filter that was on a drum.
