Description of Work: He did a 20 point inspection of my air conditioning. Gave me tips on buying a new filter more cheaply, gave good advice about winterizing my outside unit, and I will be having them also check my furnace in a month. I was so very satisfied. They will be installing my new filter (from the site he advised - and cheapest available)when they service my furnace!

Description of Work: I had ordered the maintenance pkg from HVAC Comfort Inc and a service call from another company on Angies List. When the service tech from the other company came out he was able to do the maintenance required and their company had a great contract that I decided to participate in as well. I called Greg back to cancel and he informed me that I needed to contact Angies List for the refund. He was very professional and I had no trouble canceling the appointment. The cancellation was not the fault of HVAC Comfort Inc in anyway. I was actually very impressed with how quickly Greg responded to schedule my maintenance appointment and that he was sending someone the very next day! Overall, my experience with HVAC Comfort Inc was wonderful and even though no service was provided I would recommend them due to how my situation was handled.

Description of Work: Air conditioning check was scheduled and performed. The technician also checked the furnace as an additional last minute request when he arrived. Tech was polite and efficient. Cost of air conditioning check was $70 with an additional $70 for furnace check.

Description of Work: The technician checked out my AC system. The system was low on refrigerant, that is where the high additional cost came in. He added a can of sealer to the system to plug the leak, then added freon. The system has been cooling fine since they completed the work. Very satisfied with the technition that came out, not sure if it was a good price foer sealer and freon.

Description of Work: Purchased the air conditioning tune up. They inspected everything & informed me of my options. They provided me with an estimate for a new unit. I was impressed by how knowledgeable the technician was and he took the time to explain everything in laymen ' s terms. They were punctual and professional. I would feel confident using their services in the future.

Description of Work: Inspected my non-functioning AC, repaired wire from the compressor to capacitor, and cycled the unit. It took a fair amount of time to ascertain what the problem was (mouse had crept into electrical box, fried itself and shorted the wire). This did not cause extra charges.

Description of Work: I had an air conditioner tune-up. While here, they also did a tune-up on my furnace (which I paid extra for). They were very thorough, answered all my questions, and gave me helpful tips on maintaining my air conditioner & furnace. Would definitely use again!

Description of Work: They never called to schedule, and then I forgot to call you to let you know and the next thing I know its over 30 days and I can't get a refund or their service and you get to keep my 69.00 dollars. So over all, it didn't go too well!
