Description of Work: HVAC comfort performed a seasonal maintenance on my furnace. They did a fantastic job cleaning and inspecting the furnace. I feel confident that the lifespan of my unit will be extended thanks to this service. The technician also inspected and performed some maintenance on my attached humidifier which was very helpful. I will likely turn to them again in the future for similar services.

Description of Work: I gave my best shot on the date of service. But the technician was superb. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and even assisted me with figuring out a malfunction with my high tech thermostat. He was prompt, knowledgeable and educated me on cooling system in my home. I could not be more happy with the service I received.

Description of Work: Serviced my AC unit. It had been making a bit of a squealing noise. After the tech serviced it the noise was considerably less but still somewhat noticeable. He said he could replace a part that would eliminate the noise entirely, but that it would come back eventually. However, he said there was really no reason to replace the part since it was functioning properly, other than making a little noise.

Description of Work: This service was for air-conditioner tune-up. The day after I bought the service the company contacted me to set up a service date. It was during a very hot spell of the summer so I assured them that mine was not an emergency situation and could wait until a less busy time for them. They insisted on making a service date within the week. An issue did arise about my air conditioner that the technician fixed at no extra charge. I will definitely use them again when it's time for my furnace tune-up.

Description of Work: The young man from HVAC Comfort was very prompt and professional who serviced my air conditioner. He checked the bearings for wear as well as lubricating them,flushed the condensationdrain,monortoring the operating pressure of refrigerant, inspected the safety devices for proper operation, monitored volts and amps of fan motor,tightened all electrical connections, inspected and tested contractor for burns and pits,calibrated and leveled thermostat.
