Description of Work: Clean up the furnace, point a few things that they do not do like hooking up the humidifier because it was old. I learned too that they have the same offer for less 30% somewhere else, which left me with bitter taste about the value of Angie's list

Description of Work: The guy was lazy and did not diagnose anything. We JUST TODAY discovered why we are so cold upstairs..AS SIMPLE as the Pilot light is not working...We are calling someone else. All of those great ratings were WORTHLESS!!!!

Description of Work: Performed contracted A/C tune-up for the pre-paid Angie's list cost. Also replaced the compressor motor starting capacitor. I later found that the capacitor part cost was about $17.00. I was charged $106.00 EXTRA to replace the capacitor. The tech time to swap out the old capacitor for the new capacitor was about 5-minutes ...very simple. The amount charged was egregious in my view so I would probably NOT use them in the future.
