Ryan came late on a Friday evening, replaced a thermostat for our air conditioner, and instructed my wife on how to use it. A few days later we were having some problems with condensation leaking from our furnace and called again. He was kind enough to give me complete instruction over the phone on how to resolve it without asking for any compensation. He took his time and was very thorough. Highly recommended!

They weren't able to do the work because the deal I purchased didn't apply to the work I needed done. However, they were polite and professional.

We took advantage of a coupon to try Schultz Heating and Cooling Inc. Boy are we glad we did! Greg was very prompt in scheduling appointment and dealt graciously with a houseful of dogs and people. Even though we do have an older unit, he did not try and "upsell" us with a new unit or unneeded work or parts. Greg seems to be both ethical and competent, a combination that is rare to find these days. Should we find that we need service again, he is the guy we will call!

Had several quotes and schultz heating and cooling had the best price by far! Greg and his installers were very polite, professional,and very knowledgeable. I would definatly use them again. The price was great, the quality was great, and I will highly recomend them to anyone I know.

Service went great! First of all, Greg arrived exactly when he promised. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and had the part with him to repair one of my air conditioners. I have two small children and felt very comfortable with him in my home. He was very professianal and I would recomend Schultz Heating and Cooling to friends and neighbors. I received a quote and assessment from a different company first and had a gut feeling that this first company was not being honest but over charging for unneccessary repairs. I called this company out as a second opinion and not only did they get me in the very next day (I contacted them after business hours the night before) on probably the busiest service week of the summer due to the extreme heat but were able to repair my unit on site. They were out for only a matter of an hour or so and were able to replace the faulty part with parts they had in stock. My family will be forever grateful as that week was insanely hot. I work in customer experience and I have to say I would strongly recommend them to others. Plus they definitely know how to treat and customer, honesty is the best policy in my book.

Left voice mail for a service call for my AC unit on 7/2/12. Received prompt return call and was schedule for an AM appointment on 7/3/12. Upon inspection, was informed that unit need a replacement part which would need to be fabricated. Replacement part was installed that afternoon. All in all, a top notch company, always prompt service and best prices around.
