The service man was prompt and professional. The work was done in an expeditious manner. After finding that one of my thermostats was not working I contacted the company and was advised to check the battery and to call them back if there were any concerns. After replacing the battery everything worked fine. I appreciate them for asking me to call back. The person I spoke with was very kind and although they are very busy was patient with me.

It seems okay. I wasn’t here when they did the work. When we got there, everything looked okay. It would have been nice to have had an invoice after they left but they didn’t leave an invoice. I made a phone call to the company to ask them what they did. They were very nice on the phone.

Had a little issue overnight, and the owner came out first thing Saturday morning to help me troubleshoot. Top notch guys and I will use them again.

It was fine. They were prompt. They provided a lot of information and made recommendations so I was very satisfied with the service.

I was called within a day or two after purchasing the $ 69.00 promotion. Kyle identified himself and got right to business-afterward, he took time to explain the results of his inspection. I have an older furnace with an ancient humidifier attached. He explained what work would be needed to update the humidifier and the cost. Everyone I spoke with at Schultz was friendly and the job was done right for a fair price.

Furnace Tune up. They had scheduled to have some on over within the "Next Two Days" but no one called or came So I called the next business day and was informed they had alot of emergency calls and scheduled for the next day. | The next day they called stating the technician was still on a call and if it was ok if they could come later. When the technician show up the technician did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and helpful for other questions I had. | Overall they are a good solid company and did a great job even though they started out a bit bumpy.

Kyle showed up right on time, was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will be calling Shultz Heating and Cooling to check out our A/C in the spring. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and cooling work.

He did all the work required in the service contract and found that I needed an additional part. The furnace was not installed properly when it was new. He checked into the part and found it was covered under warranty to replace it. I am now playing phone tag to find a date that is convenient for both of us to do the work. I also need to know if this new part's labor is covered under the original $69.00.

Kyle, the service person, came & identified himself. Asked if I had had any trouble with the system. I showed him the way to the basement and he began with his inspection. He vacuumed the dust & dirt from the housing, checked the ignition, etc., and the humidifier & changed the filter. He came up to tell me what he had found, what he had done, made sure I knew how to change the filters and to set the humidity on the humidifier & how to reset & frequency of resetting the humidity setting. Very thorough.

Nice guy. Very professional. Knew his stuff and as I know nothing about the furnace, was very helpful in explaining all the different parts and how to keep it clean and running well.

Checked furnace and the parts like igniter, air flow,etc. also fixed a loud noise (boom) that emanated each time the furnace cycle ended. That fix was extra and meant more than the regular maintenance check. It was above and beyond.

This service was from a Big Deal service. Where the guys from Schultz Heating were quick, thorough and told me whether I needed to replace my furnace or not. The rep told me it's in pretty good shape, but for me to start saving towards another one for next year! I was relieved when nothing was found to be broken or needed replacement right away. I will DEFINITELY be using them again in the future.

After some delay in scheduling do to change in weather we had our furnace inspected. All went well and we would recommend Schultz Heating and Cooling for any related HVAC services.

They were timely, professional and the technician who came out was very nice. The work was very good. I will definitely use them in the spring for my air conditioning cleaning. They were wonderful with scheduling. They were very efficient and the price was excellent.

Wonderful!!! It had been years since this had been done and the technicion cleaned and vacuumed the furnace. He also pointed out items that I need to address with my humidifier since it would be cheaper if I did it. (This is an old furnace!) I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

Arrived at the time promised and immediately began work on the furnace. The Technician--Kyle, completed the task in record time, and upon completion offered a few suggestions and answered all of my questions. He was very professional, courteous, efficient, and obviously very knowledgable about his trade. This was a worthwhile experience that provided a much needed service. From my conversation with the owner, Greg--to the work completed by Kyle--this is the only HVAC company for me, and hopefully my friends and family.

Showed up on time and was even early. Inspected furnace and humidifier and cleaned electronic air filter. Handled everything in a professional manner. Furnace got a clean bill of health.

It went good. He had to do some additional wiring.

Arranging a date was delayed due to the number on the replacement filter required and then finding a mutual day to come to do the work. The technician who did come (after hours) was polite, responsive to the work needed and helpful with instructions required to replace the "missing" filter which was not his/nor the companies fault. We were most impressed that with the cleanup work required, he also brought a vacuum to clean up after himself.

This was a great service, especially for the Angie's List special price. Mike was very friendly and thorough. In addition to performing the tune-up, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why, made a few suggestions on little things we could do to take proper care of the furnace, and showed me how to program the thermostat. We just bought this house in July and so don't have any history with the furnace and Mike was also able to give me a quick assessment of the state of the furnace and how long we can expect it to be working well. The only drawback was that Mike was running late that day but I didn't receive any call about it, I had to call to verify he was still coming. Overall, though, it was nice to have someone there who obviously knew what he was doing and took the time to do it well. We would definitely recommend this company.

I bought a $69 furnace cleaning coupon for a Big Deal here on Angie's List. The vendor contacted me later in the week to let me know that he would be in touch to make an appointment the following week. He did call back and the arrangements were made. The technician arrived at the appointment time and performed the work. He was here for about a half hour. He was friendly and personable. My furnace is less than 2 years old and the technician inquired as to how we liked the new system. Heating systems are fast becoming too technical for the average person to do any maintenance. I'm lucky I can still change the furnace filter on the unit. The only negative comment I might have (and this is a small one) is that I had inquired about a wi-fi controlled thermostat and he said he would get back to me by email, but I never heard from him regarding that subject. That was sort of a side subject and he did do the work that he was originally contracted for so I have no complaints about this company. I'm just happy that I should not have to be concerned with any heating issues for the coming winter months.

The serviceman was very efficient and professional. He was done quickly and offered tips on other things I could do.

They came out on time and provided exactly what I purchased (an Angie's Big Deal). There were no issues scheduling the time and am very pleased with the job performed.

Friendly service, showed up on time. I didn't stay by the technician but I assume he did the job as requested. Very polite and friendly. No complaints.
