Had a very difficult time finding a company that was respectful of the urgency/nature of my need to have the AC replaced given the 90 degree weather we were having. Had recently moved into a place and just found out it wasn't working. These guys came out to take a look and had the job done within 24 hours. Can't say much for the price, since I didn't have time to shop around, but at a time in need this couldn't be beat. I've had many home projects done over the past couple months, and It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their business and put their customers first.

It was covered by an insurance claim. They were pretty good. They were just really easy to work with and very responsive. I was really happy with their work.

Fabulous. These guys are so responsive! They were going to schedule me for 2 days from my call however, since the temps are going into the 80's Greg worked really hard to switch his schedule around to accommodate mine. They came out the same day, figured out what the problem was and fixed it. All for slightly over $100.00 I would absolutely, positively hired them again and highly recommend to others. SO happy, thank you!!

I was having trouble with my Nest thermostat sending a call to my furnace for heat. Greg called the morning of service to let me know his tech, Will, would be arriving in the later portion of the two-hour window, which was much appreciated. Will arrived within the allotted two-hour window and helped me figure out the issue. I installed the Nest myself and ran a new 5-wire thermostat wire to replace the old 4-wire that didn't have a "Common" wire in it, so I was concerned that I had done something wrong. Will checked it all out, verified that I had properly installed the equipment and that it was working properly, and figured out that there was a setting on the fan scheduling that was causing the heat not to come on if the fan was off. He did a quick inspection of my furnace to make sure there were no other culprits and he got it up and running properly again. He answered all of my questions and explained several different maintenance tips to me. He told me about their maintenance plan, which has several benefits on top of the two semi-annual equipment check-ups, for only $2 more than the cost of just the two equipment check-ups. When they come back out in the spring for my A/C check-up, I'm definitely signing up for the maintenance plan. Also, Will recommended Honeywell's touch screen thermostat over the Nest, for anyone looking for a "smart" thermostat. Recently purchased a house, so I wanted to get a furnace tune-up since I just cleaned the ducts. Brandon was very professional. He showed me what he did and pointed out one very minor thing to pay attention to that did not need repaired. Furnace should run like a champ now and he even suggested to use 1" filters instead of the 5" currently in there. I'll be calling again in the springtime for the AC.

All went well. Will the technician answered all my questions and made me feel at ease while he eliminated various things and performed several tests to determine the problem.

It went very well, the men were on time and were very neat. Cleaned up better than I expected, and took all of the old equipment with them when they left. I would use them again. They also programed the new thermostat for me.

It was good. They were very punctual, they showed up on time so you know in the time that I scheduled with them so yeah.

They offered the lowest bid but it was Coleman hardware which didn't seem to be a good choice from our internet research. They were punctual and professional in meeting with us and providing a bid as we had requested.

It turned out very good. I was not there at the time when the service took place, but I did ask the person that was here to go over things in further details. That's exactly what they did and from my understanding they had no problem in doing that. They even went further than that, so they went over and above to what I asked. I set it all up. I spoke to the gentleman that did the repair. I used them twice, I don't see why I would not use them for the third time. The guy did a great job.

It went well, Greg the owner was very responsive, and his employee who actually installed the furnace seems to have done a decent job. He couldn't legally do the electric work, but he tried to explain to me how to do it myself. I blame my own incompetency for not being able to perform the electrical work, so after about 4 hours of trying, I had to hire an electrician for about $150. I have to stress that this was not their fault. In addition, my water pressure dropped to a trickle after they had installed the furnace with a humidifier that attached directly to my water heater tank. I called Greg, and he suggested that a piece of metal or debris had been dislodged during the installation process, and told me to clean my faucet filter. He was right; no big deal. The reason I gave them a bad rating for price was because I found the same furnace for 1/3 of the price on amazon about a week later (price of shipping, handling, etc. combined. just had to pick it up from a warehouse about 15 miles away). I am still struggling to pay the furnace off about a year later. I understand that he runs a business, but I would suggest researching the furnace that you are about to get prior to signing a contract, and negotiate a more reasonable price, if need be. I was very upset that I paid 3x what I should have paid (for the furnace). The cost of labor was reasonable and fair. Also, my ducts rattle more than they had in the past, so that is why I gave them a B for quality (it is likely because my old furnace did not have a blower, and maybe I am being more critical than I should be). I would suggest hiring him without a doubt, but do your research first to see if you could negotiate the cost of the furnace itself, if need be. Other than that, I'd like to thank him for his professionalism and responsiveness. As long as you do your part with research, he will do his.

It went very well. The technician showed up slightly early, which was very convenient. He was able to diagnose the problem and he advised on options to solve the issue. The technician was professional, friendly and honest.

Everything went great. The provider was very nice.

It went as advertised. No complaints, the tech was very helpful and took time to explain the system to me a little more in-depth as I am a 1st-time homeowner. That was very appreciated.

Part was covered but still had to pay hourly charges. Tech had to leave and drive pretty far to get the part. Overall it was a good job , price seemed a little high but it was completed same day and no issued since.

Went very well. They were initially late and let me know it was because the job before me was more complicated than expected. They did make it later and serviceman was very friendly and thorough. The office followed up with a call and they emailed me all the necessary paperwork. What I appreciated most was that it was older equipment and I was afraid they would try to talk me into buying a new one...which they didn't. Would definitely recommend this company for friendly and ethical business practices.

My furnace went out on one of the coldest days this winter. Greg, the owner, answers and returns calls personally. Had someone out within an hour and a half, quickly diagnosed the problem, cleared his schedule for the next day, arrived on time in a snowstorm and replaced the furnace. No oversell, in fact recommended a smaller, more efficient and reasonably priced unit. All employees punctual and professional. Highly recommend.

Everything went fine, but part was supposed to be installed on a Friday. Installer went to pick up part and it was not available. This is probably reflected in the $270.00 cost. It took less than 1 hour to install and test furnace. Labor was supposedly 3 hours, which probably reflects part before verifying it come in. Don't feel I should pay for installation useless run for the part.

I scheduled the service through Angie's List. I was able to get service within days of scheduling. They were prompt and effective.
