They came out and find what the problem was but they were not able to find the problem. They ended up cleaning my furnace. The problem still happens once in a while. They did a lot of analysis but still they weren't able to find what problem was.

They were prompt. He arrived on time and did an excellent.

The two technicians arrived 35 minutes late for the agreed upon time frame of 9am - 11am but got right to work on my gas fired forced air furnace. The 35 year old furnace was having ignition problems and not responding properly to thermostat settings. The technicians cleaned the flame sensor, cleaned and adjusted the furnace working parts and took the initiative to repair a leaking pipe in the furnace room that I was unaware of. The work was completed in 45 minutes and the work area left clean and neat. The furnace now runs quietly and efficiently. Good Job !

Provider never called. I initiated all calls and felt hurried during conversations. Was promised twice that I'd get a call back and never did. So the details were never discussed and the provider went to the wrong address. Provider promised to reschedule for last week and never did. I cannot wait any longer to get my rental certified.

The young man was professional, quick, and didn't try to sell me anything! He gave my furnace a clean bill of health.

They did a pretty good job. They were pretty prompt and gave me good suggestions. There was one technician here doing the tune up and it took about an hour to complete. Scheduling was easy and everything worked out great.

That service (detailed inspection) I had prepayed.

I engaged the company to perform tune-ups on 2 furnaces, one of which had recently started wheezing. Technician Kyle was very professional; he diagnosed and isolated the wheezing source AND determined likely root cause; attempted to find a necessary, proprietary replacement part (more on this below); and reoriented the input and output vents to minimize likelihood of recurrence. As to the replacement part. Turns out Lenox will only provide parts to their contractors and HVAC Comfort is not a Lenox contractor. However, at this point, owner Greg stepped in and worked with me. I found a wholesaler with the part and Greg arranged to pick it up and the technician returned to complete the job, all within 24 hours. These guys are good - I recommend them without reservation and they may now have an end run around that pesky Lenox parts issue.

They were fine. They were punctual, knowledgable, professional.

Owning a home is really expensive! I had no idea. Greg and Kyle are great business people who know their stuff. And they know customer service. It's a pleasure to have courteous, pleasant people work in your house. They came in, made an inventory of all that they needed, came back and installed the humidifier, made numerous checks to insure it was working, and left no indication that they had been there. Always a pleasure to work with Greg and Kyle, and I hope not to need you guys for anything other than routine maintenance.

They arrived within the time frame quoted and were very nice and professional.

They cleaned the furnace, but in the process unplugged the capacitor and said I would be needing a new blower. I questioned the advice because we had had no problem. Then he DISCOVERED the disconnected capacitor, and when connected the blower worked fine. Was this an accident? Don't know. It was just a young fellow doing the work.

Work was good and quick. But difficult to get hold off.

They were very nice and helpful, despite the issue being a little silly. We are first time homeowners, so their niceness with our situation was much appreciated, since we didn't know what we were doing.

Had a bit of a communication issue tryinf to get the work scheduled. Once that was resolved, They spend quite a bit of time performiningthe maintanence and appears to hae done a good job.

Not well. After visit on a saturday where I was told all was ok I noted furnace did not turn on and I was without heat for twenty four hours. Called Schultz and to his credit the owner came out the next day on Sunday and indicated that they had caused the problem -- when the door on the furnace was put back on the furnace shut off because the door impacted on the thermocouple. One week later my furnace would not again turn on. I called Schultz and was told he was "out of town" and had only one man available. I called my local provider Hagen Plumbing and Heating and Chip came out. I was told that the "thermocouple was bad". Indeed it was shown to me and it was clearly bad. I was told that whomever had come out to "check and clean" my furnace should have told me that it needed replacement. Thus essentially when all was done it was clear that Schultz had really not done an appropriate job checking my furnace and it was "money out the window"

It was great! They showed up and did the job. There were no problems. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Came and checked furnace, did some clean up and reported all was working OK.
