Greg from HVAC Comfort Inc was prompt and a pleasure to work with. I had purchased a house and wanted to get the real status for the furnace and air conditioner. After the tune up he explained several things that I can do to help keep the system running smoothly and informed me of a few components that were starting to show their age and should be replaced. I would gladly bring them on for any work I need done in the future!

They checked and cleaned my air conditioner. They did not try to up sell at all. They said everything looked great. My appointment was between 3 pm and 6 pm. They called before 3 pm and said they were running late and would be here around 4 pm. That was really nice - most companies will not call if even if they are not going to be there in the time period. They called to give us an exact time which was a bonus for us - we did not expect to get that kind of service. Would use again and highly recommend

I purchased the $69 maintenance deal from Angie's List. I was quickly contacted and given an appointment the following day from 12-2pm. Serviceperson arrived at 2:13 immediately after I called their office around 2pm to inquire about our status. Serviceman acknowledged he was late. He was professional and answered my questions.

On time (actually early...) thorough and very high tech with iPad for billing and signature. Seems like a first class operation. Only minor minor complaint is that the tech did not remove the outdoor compressor grating and clean the visible coils and surrounding area. Did clean the interior well and inspected everything with a clean bill of health.

We bought the Angie's List $49.99 service call coupon yesterday. The owner of the company Greg immediately called and schedule for today in the morning a visit. To give a bit of background on our problem it was completely self inflicted we bought a thermostat on Amazon to replace the working but extremely hard to understand thermostat while doing the replacement we botched it and both burned out the old thermostat but also burned out the fuse. Our technician was Will. Will I was extremely professional explaining in detail what exactly happened and what options we had to get it fixed. Will was a delight to have in our home the type of technician you wished every company had. In total Will arrived at 9AM and was done by 10:30AM. Greg the owner was also very professional when contacting me for the appointment and a pleasure to do business with. In times when it seems impossible to find a professional company that does what it says at a fair price HVAC Comfort Inc, is a true blessing. I will be using HVAC Comfort Inc, in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

We just turned on the AC, and it seems to be working well. They did their job, checked everything, refilled the Freon, and were on time.

Arrived 15 minutes early, was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful of my time and therefore fast. Problem was resolved, did not feel like I paid too much or too little, felt as if the technician put his best foot forward to diagnose the issue and resolve it fairly while providing helpful advice. If I have any more A/C issues I'll call back. I think they did a good job, and although they're not perfect, who is?

As promised, within 24 hours of purchasing their deal on Angie's list I got a response to set up an appt. Very friendly and accomodating. The service guy (Greg i think) arrived at 9:00 exactly. He got right to work and made appropriate suggestions for additional services.Able to take CC info and e-mail receipt of service before he left. Overall very happy with the service. My house was noticeably cooler before her even left.

Determined that service was not needed and cancelled it.

He worked quickly but was not rushed. He was prompt, professional. I had confidence in him.

It went fine. No complaints for them. They were her the exact time they said they would be. They finished quickly and it was fine.

It went well. We had some disagreements. But in the end, all went well.

Provider arrived on time, checked furnace, cleaned contacts and adjusted burner. He informed me my solenoid for my humidifier was not functioning correctly and could be replaced, and provided a quote. Overall a quick visit to confirm everything with my furnace was working correctly.

Greg was very friendly and had someone come out to address the issue in a quick turn around. Overall, a very pleasant experience with quality work and a reasonable price.

When I discovered my furnace wasn't working I searched Angie's List for a qualified repair technician with good reviews. My search let me to HVAC Comfort. I purchased a coupon online. The next morning I was contacted by Greg, at HVAC Comfort. He was able to schedule service for me that morning. Although my repair wasn't urgent (the weather was quickly warming up) I appreciated the prompt response. The appointment was scheduled for 11:30am. The technician phoned and let me know he was on schedule, which I appreciate because it let's me know he values my time. He was able to diagnose the problem, remove the birds, and re-install the inducer motor in a very reasonable amount of time. The technician was prompt, polite, and professional. I had a very good experience with HVAC Comfort. The customer service and repair service are excellant. I will call them again the next time I need help with my furnace.

They are not professional and it is not a good company. After this company did service, DTE found gas leaking in the furnace. They come back again even charge extra fee. I could not understand why they asked money.

They were prompt and professional. They identified the problem and wanted to replace the motor. They were honest. Their expertise saved me about $400 by identifying that if I went directly through a Lennox dealer it could save me money.

Can't remember exactly how much I paid, but it was well worth it. Very happy with the service and the provider. Would have this company come out again if I need AC work.

Everything was fine. It was a good deal and they did exactly what they needed to do. They actually were able to save me some money. They got the job done within the allotted time, and they were in and out and I had no problems. The scheduling was fine and real good. The called me and we setup the appointment for the next week.

This is for a secondary furnace. Had a miscommunication in the beginning, my error, so took a little longer than anticipated for them to get out here. In the mean while it started to have a problem of not staying ignited. When they did get here I told them of the problem. They cleaned it and told me I needed new bearings in the motor, which meant they had to replace the motor, I agreed to this. A couple of days later the furnace started acting up again I called again they sent someone different out to look at it he said the heat sensor was not working, for the kind of fur acne I had there was only one kind they could put in it is an old style. Had them replace that item the furnace has worked since. To date I have yet to see any kind of invoice for the work done, but they made sure to get my money.
