Alright. They honored the big deal price. I called and made an appointment and they came out when the appointment was. They were fine; they did what anybody else would do, they came out, they checked it out and they cleaned it. I chose them because they had the special going. They got here on time.

HVAC Comfort was *so* accommodating in their scheduling--really made a terrific effort to work with me. They showed up exactly on time and did the job efficiently. I know enough about my furnace to know when my questions are being answered accurately, and this was the case. Would be happy to use again.

HVAC Comfort Inc provided quality service. They diagnosed a leak in my system and provided cost options for both a repair and a new unit. They were at my house at the scheduled appointment time.

I had planned on replacing my A/C with another company and then I came across HVAC Inc.'s coupon on Angie's List for a 3-ton A/C for $800 less than I was going to spend with the "other guys". I called them and inquired about the coupon. We scheduled an appointment to make sure that is the unit that was best for my house. Once this was confirmed we scheduled for it to be installed 3 days later. They sent 2 guys and they were in and out within 3 hours. They were clean, quiet and polite. The job was completed to my satisfaction and the price was perfect.

Will, the technician, arrived on time and was professional and courteous. My appointment was between 9:00 and 10.00 and he arrived promptly at 9:00 am. He explained his findings and answered all my questions. He changed my furnace and humidifier filters. I very much appreciated the timeliness and professionalism, and I have already recommended this company to my neighbor. I will use this company in the future.

Our A/C was not working after yesterday's storm. We called HVAC Comfort Inc and they were able to get out today. I also used the Angie's List coupon for $49.00 service c all. The tech Will, discovered that both of our thermostats had been fried by a surge from the electrical storm. He made it possible to run the A/C manually until we can get the thermostats replaced as they are still under warranty. Thanks HVAC Comfort Inc.!

This was fine and the pricing of the big deal was good. They did the job and told me he would send me a receipt, but I never received it. I didn't get any feedback from them but the work was ok.

It turned out good. Scheduling was fine and the communication with the technician was good.

The guy was great. He was awesome. He as was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was here for about 45 minutes.

That turn okay. They were responsive and they showed up on time. Just one technician came out to do the job and it took him about 30-45 minutes. I felt like they came in to do a hard sale. I feel like they did not do any specific clean up with the unit. He checked something out, but did not do the cleaning. Also he did not even have the equipment to even do the cleaning with him.

This is a great company to do business with. They truly stand behind their work and their word. Slight mishap but they came back and addressed the issue at their personal expense.

Estimate given on Monday....work completed in one day on Thursday with one follow-up visit to replace humidifier part. Very impressive business practices and exceptional personal attention from company owner.

Scheduling went smoothly. One technician came out for the work and he did a good job. Everything went well.

He came on time and he did the work that was needed. He suggested adding Freon and to do a stop leak for the system but I declined as the system is over 20 years old. It was easy to schedule with them.

The service went well. They were professional and timely. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Everything turned out well for the most part. The technician arrived on time and did the tune up as prescribed in the deal. He also found a problem with the unit and offered to fix it, but his price was too high. I actually found another company to make the repairs for nearly 250 dollars fewer than what he quoted.

The technician they sent was great. He explained what he was doing, answered all of our questions. The AC unit is very old and was quite dirty, he showed us how to clean the outside with a hose, which we appreciated. The furnace is also old and we will be calling them again this fall to do an inspection and tune-up of our furnace.

Very professional, on time and fair price would use them again and recommend to others

It went great. I feel cooler. I don't think they went above and beyond but I think they did a good job. They fulfilled what they needed to and it was reasonably priced.

The service was ok. They were really quick to schedule the appointment. I wish they would have explained more what they were doing and what the 20 points were with the tune up.
