I received a phone call from this company the day after I purchased the service. Service was scheduled for the following week (about 5 days later). Tech was punctual, but called ahead to let me know he was about 30 minutes out. He tested my system, visually inspected the heat exchanger and other internal components, cleaned the interior and vacuumed the floor area where he worked. The tech also answered several questions and told me how to clear my condensate drain line when needed. Overall service took about 30-40 minutes.

They checked everything out and showed up when they were supposed to. They were polite and professional. Everything turned out okay.

They did excellent work. He did an amazing job and cleaned everything. I got a filter from them that I needed as well. He is a super nice guy and they are now my go-to for HVAC services.

Will showed up on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain the actions he took to get the furnace/humidifier working properly. He also made recommendations on items to check periodically to ensure the issues we'd been having would repeat. The owner, Greg, contacted me directly to arrange a service time and date that fit my schedule. Their technician, Will, arrived promptly, neatly dressed, friendly, and very professional. In the process of completing the tune up, Will discovered a fault in the computer board which was covered under warranty. HVAC had not installed my system but Greg was more than willing to purchase the replacement computer board in order to provide us with heat. He also offered to refund me my Angie's List price. We decided to contact the original installer and their technician came the following day. When their tech arrived he did not believe me when I told them the problem was in the computer board. Eventually the tech stated I was right about the faulty board and they would order the board. They did not have the part available and were not willing to purchase it locally. This tech stated they would call me and let me know when the part would be available. After waiting several hours, I called them - the receptionist giggled and said she had been out running errands for her boss and had not even called in the order! This required yet another day at home for me but on Friday a tech showed up and installed the computer board-no apology for the wait by the way. Needless to say, their unprofessional behavior has lost them a customer. HAVC offered prompt, exceptional service and has gained a new customer. Greg, the owner, even called me to follow up on the status of our furnace which we did not expect. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a company that provides professional, friendly service from a company that still knows the meaning of customer service!

They sent me an email the day after that they did not service my area.

My original review after service stated: "I was hoping for some actual cleaning of my condenser and furnace, but there was peace of mind knowing it was all looked over". I went to use my furnace for the first time this season and it did not work. Diagnosis: my pressure switch tube inlet was plugged. According to the tech this is furnace cleaning/tune-up 101. The reason I even invested in seasonal tune-up is to avoid issues like this. I have documentation of this issue if needed.

Called HVAC Comfort Inc. with a no heat problem at 8.30am and they said they would contact a tech and call back. They returned my call in 15 min. and said a tech would be out in 45 min. and he was. They had me up and running in no time. Could not have asked for better service!

The technician was polite and very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all questions, plus gave me a few pointers on how to maintain the furnace humidifier.....Very satisfied
