I purchased the deal and wanted the service done the same day or next day they could not accommodate my needs I didn't use the service.

It was just fine. They came in and did what they're supposed to and that was it. There were no additional charges. There was nothing outstanding about the service. They just did what they were expected to do.

Very professional and did a great job. the furnace hasn't been cleaned in years.

He arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. He took the extra time to explain how the humidifier worked and when we would want to consider turning it on or off.

The job was well done, very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased. I pre-purchased the Diagnostic Service (($49) and got a call from the company on the same day to confirm the appointment next day. The service technician showed up at my front door on time - at the start of the time window. He completed the diagnosis and identified the issue. He explained me what's the problem and cost of replacing the part. After confirming the cost, he made couple of phone calls to the parts shop and run out to get the part from the parts shop. He completed the work ( Diagnosis + Parts + Replacement Service). But I'm not completely sure about the service cost,, from my search I think it's $$ and reasonable. I expected a deduction of the diagnosis service from the total service cost.

I was contacted promptly by Greg from the Company on Monday morning and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday afternoon. The Technician was very polite and took time to answer all questions I asked of him.

Service was provided as expected. Technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Although he was unable to replace the filter in my furnace, he was helpful to show me what specific filter I would need to purchase on my own and how to install same.

They did the cleaning service and I need to have a new part ordered the folks were wonderful about explaining everything. The part came in on time and was promptly installed with the same great service. I would have them do further service on my furnace if it needed it.

They were great! Answered many questions, cleaned the furnace, pretty straightforward.

The service was great! Will did the needed maintenance and found that the humidifier was not turned on. He showed me how to turn it on and off and changed the pad for a reasonable fee. He turned on a number of vents for better heat. He told me the size filter I needed and installed one free. I couldn't be more pleased and will use this company in the future.

I contacted many service providers before reaching Greg, and by far, Greg left the best impression. While many of his competitors refused to give even non-committal ballpark estimates over the phone, Greg was so knowledgeable of my Bryant furnace that he very easily and confidently gave an fair estimate on the spot, over the phone. Greg even knew about a recall of my furnace model, describing a fair timeframe in which my furnace could be replaced based on his current work volume. Unfortunately, he couldn't immediately repair my furnace and recommended that I use one of his competitors. This speaks to Greg's integrity, and my ability to trust him. I will call him in the future.

The service provider was professional, on-time and knowledgeable. He also took measure to keep the house clean as he came in hand out of the house. The price was average.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was fine. I learned from him being there that I probably did not need to have him out because everything was clean and had been well maintained, but it was nice to know that. It was kind of a waste of money for my situation but it was probably a good deal for other people. This was the first time I used this company. I wish that they would not have put yet another sticker on the heater, but it was no problem.

Great! Scheduling with them was not a problem and I would use them again in the future if they offered another deal.

It turned out great. I've had no issues. They arrived on time. They showed up. He explained what he was going to do. They did the service and they recommended a new filter which he told me exactly how to get my hands on and how to put in and we did that and that was everything.

I cannot say enough good things!!! Everything about our experience with HVAC Comfort Inc was excellent! Our furnace had been making screeching noise and we had another company come look at it. They told us it was the vent motor and it would be $600 to replace. That seemed high so we decided to get another quote-I'm SO glad we did. During the initial phone call I was treated with kindness and respect. They were able to come out and fix our furnace the same day AND did they tune up for us as well. All of this for $200 less than the original company was going to charge us! We will definitley be calling HVAC for any future heating/cooling needs!

They weren't available soon enough. My furnace went out and I need emergency service and had to hire another company.

It was fine. They offered to fix some things that could have been fixed but it was optional. They were professional and courteous.

My furnace broke down this morning and I called. They were at my house within 1.5 hours. I have 2 furnaces so my house was not freezing. He examined the broken furnace and said it needed to be cleaned because all of the construction dust at my house was causing it to malfunction. He inspected, tuned up, and cleaned my furnace. I decided to have him give my other furnace a fune up also. The tunes up were only $69 per furnace, and I had to pay a diagnotic fee of $49. I felt the repair person was completely honest and already referred him to a friend. I am happy that this company was honest and punctual. I won't use anyone else in the future.

Scheduling was pleasant, tech called when he was on his way. He was courteous and respectful, great company to work with.

The service man inspected the furnace and gave it an ok after the flood in August. He was on time on the date he was supposed to do the service.
