He then proceeded to offer some advice over the phone which helped us fix this issue on our own for which we're very grateful as we have high risk individuals in our family and we've been highly diligent to remain quarantined for their sake. Thank you again, Marv for the help, even though it cost you the service call. When we really do need someone, we'll be giving you a call!
