Description of Work: I had Chris to the home twice. The first time he forgot to tell the workers to put down the weed barrier. This seems like common sense. And I paid for it. He didn't come and fix it right away, but left if or the next season. He blew me off for weeks and when he finally came to correct his error, he still did not put in down in two of the 12 foot areas that I paid for. When contacted about this, he refused to come back out and fix the problem. He also planted trees that are basically dying now, this is after a couple of months, and too is ignoring my messages and requests to correct the problem. I had another landscaper at the house and he couldn't believe what poor quality and condition he left things in for me. I would NEVER use Alana's again and would recommend you aviod Chris and his B.S. all together.

Description of Work: I have an in ground swimming pool. I wanted landscaping timbers around my pool. You are supposed to put stakes through the landscaping timbers, however, he didn't do that, he put nails. The ends ended up splitting and the heads of the nails are sticking up. He was also supposed to level my bricks, which he didn't. Last fall I went out to put things away and I ended up breaking my knee cap because of the unleveled bricks. He assured me in the fall that if I paid him, he would come back and the work would be completed. I trusted him with my money and he never returned back to do the work.
