This company has very capable and competent SALES and INSTALLER personal. In addition, they MATCHED my lowest (received) quote, with-out asking for verification.

I have never had such a fantastic experience with a company ever! They were right on time, did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned up completely, and were gone in record time. My roof is gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for nicer people.

Evaluated our roof leak quickly and identified problem, presented multiple possible solutions at varying costs (unlike previous company, which only wanted to tear off the roof and replace). Made the repairs thoroughly explained everything. Also noticed some other issues and made suggestions for us to be aware of -- very good customer service, my wife was very at ease with dealing with them.

They did the work quickly. The cleaned up after they finished. The shingles matched existing shingles.

The quality of the work was excellent but no project of this magnitude ever goes off without a few issues. It�s how the company responds to an issue that�s important. CHI exceeded my expectation in all areas of the job including responding to my issues.

Bobby from CHI made sure I was happy with my decision from the selection of shingles through the final cleanup. The workers were polite. Worked hard and did a great job.

Responded to request for bid quickly. Used quality material and workmanship standards. Price was VERY competitive!

I was very happy with their work and promptness. They said they would be there at 7am, and they were. The job was completed by 2pm, and they cleaned up afterwards, except for a few nails that fell under the dumpster, which we picked up after it was moved. We saved quite a bit of money compared to Hanson's.

The contractor started the job shortly after I hired them. The work was completed quickly and was done with quality workmanship.

I would never recommend this company!! What they promise when they sign you up for a job and what they actually do are two different things. We had tons of cigarette butts all over the yard, at least 50 pieces of plastic wrap, nails on the driveway when they promised none, they removed our gutter guards and didn't replace them-we found them on our shed roof, porch and deck. They stained our porch and windows with tar and after 4 return visits so far, the tar will not come off the porch and the owner told us to 'let the elements handle it'. Had about 20 guys here but not one introduced themselves as being in charge, tons of complaints

Unbelievable, CHI had our house & garage stripped and re-shingled in 6.5hrs. using what I researched & considered high quality materials. It was like a swarm of ants working, with each team doing quality specifics. At the end their was no muss, no fuss just a new roof. Very pleasant and met all my requirements.

They were extremely fast completing the whole roof in 6 hours including clean up. However I did find some nails and pieces of old roofing after they left.

CHI came out and checked out my roof. It turns out that the leak was caused by missing flashing around a couple exhaust vents. They came back two days later and finished the job in record time. They also gave me an estimate on replacing the roof in the future, as well as answered all of the questions I had on my roof and .other projects around the house.

Their price was attractive, $1,000 less than the nearest competitor, however the contract was contigent upon color verification with the Nailite shake shingle siding and the trim we chose. The sales rep. assured us that he would be out the following Monday. Monday came and went and no call or visit from the sales rep. We called him tuesday and he advised he would be out late Wednesday to show us the trim. No show. On Thursday we awoke to discover the installation crew working on our house at 7 a.m. We came outside and asked to see the materials and had to stop their work because, you guessed it, the trim did not correspond to the siding

Lightning strike left a hole in my roof. I called and David was out in 20 minutes for an estimate. He came back the next morning and did the repair. Very pleased with the people, work and results. Wayne
