Description of Work: We hired Stanley Steemer to clean about 4,000 sq ft of office carpeting. They were prompt, punctual and easy to do business with - which is why I hired them. They dig get the job done quickly - however, I wonder if they did it too quickly. They were done in less than 1/2 the time they estimated; and many of the dirtiest parts of the carpet don't look much different from the way they looked before the cleaning, which leaves me wondering whether spending more time would have resulted in cleaner carpets. To be fair, it was the first time these carpets were cleaned in 10 years; and they were very dirty. The workers were polite, but (one in particular) not the most professional on-site. All in all, I can't say they did a bad job; but next time I would be inclined to find someone with higher ratings - especially for badly soiled carpet. For just a quick maintenance cleaning they are probably just fine.
