This had to have been the company's hardest case. Momma raccoon had 5 babies and made her nest in the garage where she could not be grabbed easily. She was exceptionally trap averse and took 2 months to get. The company actually had to raise the babies for a few days when they were caught in the trap. When momma was finally caught they reunited the babies with mom. Wildlife X Team had a ton of perseverance and did not charge extra despite how hard the case was.

I couldn’t be happier!! They knew exactly what they were doing. The young man Jason was awesome. He stayed in touch with us and explained everything along the way. Mike, the owner, was very nice and put our house back together perfectly. Couldn’t ask for a better company. I know our raccoons went to a better place to live.

The service technician, Jason, was wonderful! He was able to come out the same day and went above and beyond to remove a dead critter from our crawl space. Despite the limited access and tight space, he was able to retrieve the carcass. We highly recommend Jason and Wildlife X-Team for your wildlife removal needs.

Sheila and Mike were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Mike has always been on time and explained everything in full detail. No hidden charges etc. they went above and beyond. We will continue to use them and refer them as a five star company.

I got recommendation from homeadvisor customer service and reached by Sheila from WildlifeX team. She sent Jason who is the inspector the same day to gave me a thorough inspection with detailed report including job list and cost. Generally the job was done well by the crew with quality workmanship. But I climbed on the roof after crew left and found they missed 3 entry points listed in the work order. I contacted Sheila and she provided solution right away. Jason came to my house again and worked another couple of hours during the snow to assure all work done properly and all potential entry points are sealed. The customer service from WildlifeX team SE Michigan is awesome! In addition, they use pro grade wildlife exclusion materials. I will hire them again if I need anything in the future.

Outstanding workmanship and customer service! Racoons got into our chimney. They humanely removed the little bandits with care. The team was very polite and professional. They wore masks and covered their shoes with booties to keep our carpet clean. They went above and beyond to seal up our chimney to keep them out. Excellent, excellent, excellent, craftsmanship! Great job by all involved.

I live in the woods and this year, I seem to have quite a problem w/field mice (weather getting colder). Michael came on a Tuesday, looked at all areas, both inside and out, pictures were taken and the work started the very next week. I'm so impressed w/their professional approach, polite workers, and at this point, still monitoring my situation. These little field mice certainly set up nests thru out my lower level finished ceiling and their approach/solution is working. Carol/White Lake, MI
