About us

D&D Property Maintenence specializes as a property clean-up service to homeowners and business owners. We perform a lot of work for the real estate industry to give properties more curb appeal to potential buyers. Though we are not known as a lawncare service we do cut grass as well as clean gutters, clear sticks and debris from roofs, rake leaves and clear brush. D&D Property Maintenence is a 100% veteran owned business. The staff consists of myself and my son. As a small operation with little overhead we are able to keep our services more affordable than the larger companies and offers a more personalized approach. We offer free estimates in writing and will never agree to do work we are not qualified to perform. So if you need a total yard spring/fall clean-up or just have a few problem areas that need sprucing up, give us a call. We also do long term yard maintenance for vacationers, snow birds and anyone away for extended periods of time ( business, second home, etc.). This caretaker service makes properties more secure by giving them a lived at look even when no one is there and may be a deterant to would-be burglers.
